Yesterday, I visited the site where Mitch Lucker crashed on 12th and Main in Huntington Beach, California. There were candles still lit, photos, letters, shirts, flowers, and a whole bunch of other miscellaneous items family, friends, and fans left.  I left a card and some flowers for the family to pick up later on. Mitch’s dad came a few minutes after I got there. He showed me photos of Mitch from when he was younger. He spoke of how great a person his son was. 

It was a completely heartbreaking experience.

Vic Fuentes. I met Vic on the Vans Warped Tour 2012. Ever since then for one reason or another I see Vic at least once every 2 months ha. I’m not complaining that’s just weird since we both have full tour schedules. Vic is honestly one of those dudes that truly understands he wouldn’t be anywhere without his fans. I’ve been on the bus hanging out with everyone having a good time and he would just be in a corner reading every single fan letter (and there is a lot and I mean a lot of those). Along with the letters I believe (and don’t tell him i said this) he is a hoarder. Seriously Vic (along with the rest of the PTV boys) save every single stuffed animal and gift they get. One time in Portland after the show I remember going on the bus and I just couldn’t walk through because there was just an abundance of Harry Potter-Finding Nemo toys along with too many hot sauces and picture frames. Im seriously beyond humbled to have someone that cares so much about his fans tell them suicide is not the answer.
