RELATIONSHIP ADVICE PLEASE !!!

In short, about 4 months ago I developed feeling for a close friend- I have accidentally started falling madly in love with her- and I’m pretty sure she feels similar. We flirt constantly and I’m so sure the chemistry isn’t just in my head, I literally shake when I’m around her (how sad) !! About 7 months ago my ex girlfriend left me and it’s torn me to shreds and completely destroyed my confidence, so any advice on how to tell her would b really helpful. I don’t wanna lose her as a friend or make anything awkward (I live with her in a shared house) but I’m struggling to get her out of my head EVER. I’m constantly anxious and feel butterflies every time I even think about her..... HELP I DIDNT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN !!!!!! I’m overwhelmed with this nd could rlly use any advice xx I need 2 kno if there’s any chance cus she’s beautiful and I’m so into her it’s crazy! love nd thanks angels xx

Does anyone else obsessively watch food videos? It feels so satisfying for me to watch them and know I’m not eating them. Like a solidified pat on my shoulder that I’m strong. I also love watching people eat. It fascinates me. It’s disgusting cuz calories but it’s like a sick happy feeling that they’re eating it and I’m not. Does anyone else do this???
