Sonic couldn’t help but grin when Lamorak put his hand acorss his shoulders. He much preferred being treated like an equal than a high-and-mighty king! In response, Sonic happily slings his own arm around the hawk’s shoulders, a wide grin on his face.
He didn’t have much time to enjoy himself as Lamorak was quick to bring up the ongoing mystery of the other knights’ disappearance. Basically leaning on Lamorak, he lets out a sigh.
“Yeah… that’s still somethin’ we gotta figure out. Any ideas?”
“I was able to get a private moment with my sister before she left, Percival told me she was going in search of the grail.”
Lamorak kept the fact that he was the only one that his sister told the true purpose of her journey to and that she had sworn him to secrecy to himself. Hopefully, once she learned of the situation in which he had broken their oath, she would not be too angry with him. Still he could not help but feel sick with himself over what he had just done.
”The only other knight I got a chance to speak with before they left was with you. Back before you went on crusade against that king of eggs or whatever it was. So for Gawain and Lancelot I hath no clue as to either of their whereabouts.”
