Here’s a Mommy / Caregiver–tone set of ABDL role-play rules that stays adult, consensual, non-sexual, and centered on comfort and trust. I’ve written them the way a gentle caregiver might naturally say them.
You never have to stay in little space-- You can pause, step out, or ask for a break at any time, and Mommy will listen right away.
We talk kindly to each other-- No yelling, insults, or harsh teasing—especially when someone feels small or vulnerable.
Big feelings are welcome here-- I f you’re sad, overwhelmed, embarrassed, or anxious, comfort comes before any routine or rule.
Hydration check, sweetheart-- Mommy may gently remind you to drink water during the day.
Rest is not being lazy-- Naps, quiet time, and cuddling with a blanket or stuffie are treated as healthy care.
One tiny task at a time-- When you feel overwhelmed, Mommy helps break things into small, manageable steps.
Use words, gestures, or emojis-- You don’t have to explain yourself perfectly for Mommy to take your feelings seriously.
Reassurance is always allowed-- You may ask, “Can I have reassurance?” as many times as you need.
Honesty gets gentleness-- If something is uncomfortable, confusing, or no longer fun, Mommy would rather hear the truth than have you pretend.
Mommy offers choices-- Whenever possible: Do you want the blue pajamas or the yellow ones?”
Reminders are soft, not scary-- Let’s try again, baby,” instead of criticism.
Effort is what Mommy notices-- Trying counts, even if the task isn’t finished perfectly.
Stuffies are family-- They can join bedtime, car rides, or quiet time without embarrassment.
Blanket time is protected time-- A few minutes wrapped in a blanket to calm down is always acceptable.
You don’t have to earn affection-- Cuddles, praise, and gentle attention are not rewards for perfect behavior.
We end the day gently-- No serious arguments right before bed if they can wait until tomorrow.
Good-night check-in-- Mommy asks: “What was one hard thing and one good thing about today?
You fall asleep knowing you’re cared for-- A simple ritual: water, blanket, stuffie, reassurance, and a good-night message.
A sweet “house rule” card ✨
Ask for comfort when you need it.
Rest when your body asks.
Remember that you are loved even on messy days.
That last one is the rule I’d make the biggest: “Messy days still deserve Mommy care.” It keeps the whole dynamic feeling nurturing rather than performance-based.
