i went to beach and that's what happened: two disgusting men started flirting with two fifteen year old girls. fifteen. when the girls walked away from them i firstly asked them if they were ok and what exactly was going on, and they told me the men were proposing weird stuff like paying an hotel room for them, and insisting on having their instagram. i asked their ages and one of them just opened her eyes wide and gently but distraught said "we are young!!!" so i went up to the men, trembling with rage and walking like a fucking bull, speaking loudly in order to make the whole beach know what the fuck was happening. i told them they had no reason at all to speak with minors, and i promise you i made myself so clear. they obviously said they didn't know the girls were minors. and a woman who was with them implied that maybe the girls... i silenced her by raising my index finger, telling her that she shouldn't have dared to insinuate such a thing. i informed the owner of the beach, her brother, her father, and few other women present. i spent 30 minutes at the bar, sitting still, my head resting on my hands, the gaze fixed on them, like a hawk.

What is working at the hotel like? It’s kinda a dream job for me but maybe I idealise it

it mainly depends on the hotel, but if you like to "manage", "coordinate" and "organize" then it's a lot of fun. of course guests can be both a pain in the ass or the most lovely person in the world, but at the end of the day there's nothing really serious or dangerous you have to worry about.
