I’m secretly always suicidal but on levels of severity. for example if it was a scale of 1-10 (1 being I’m not suicidal and 10 being actively attempting) my average is 6 but can get worse depending on the day. Iv always felt this way, even as a kid. of course iv learned to live with it but it freaks the general public how ok i am with the idea of kms all the time. I don’t know what to call this, i have depression and OCD but idk if it either of those, im just ranting atp.
