Unexpected Text

I have been very cautious so that I won’t remind any of my friends about my birthday. Well, aside from having no money to treat them, I’m just trying to practice what Islam does; that is to not celebrate birthdays.

But anyways, I received this text message from Kaka, which I find really sweet. It states “Dayah, birthday nga mapita noh? Nao...” Well, it’s nothing much but it gave me the feeling that he wanted to greet me; but since it is prohibited in Islam, he can’t say it. And all that he could do is to keep in mind that tomorrow is a special day to me.

“Kaka, thank you for remembering it. Despite the fact that you are taking yourself away from this kind of events, thank you for not neglecting the fact that such is a special thing to me. Thank you, Kaka. Thank you that you chose to let me know that you still have it in your mind and make me smile with your simple text message. I’m really thankful that Allah (SWT) has made you one of the important people in my life.”

MSU SSG ELECTIONS review

Question 1: Why do you keep on thanking people about voting and/supporting your brother?

Answer: Because I don’t want them to think that I’m a shameless fella, who doesn’t know how to look back to people, who helped me at times that I am in need of help.

Question 2: What did you learn from the 2013 MSU SSG elections?

Answer: I learnt how to approach people who were once to be a stranger to me. It was a new experience; I felt an extreme pressure that pushed me to walk on my own. I also knew how to ask help from my friends, which was once a ‘scary-thing’ to do.

Question 3: Why was asking help from your friends scary to you?

Answer: Because I hate being rejected. Even though they might just be kidding about rejecting my request, it will still hurt my pride.

Question 4: Have you made new friends?

Answer: Yes. And I also found out who are real on my friends. ^^

Question 5: Were there times when you felt lonely?

Answer: Yes. THERE’S A MILLION TIMES.

Question 6: Wouldn’t you be shy to walk around MSU, if ever your brother won’t win the elections?

Answer: I will never be ashamed of my family. How could I feel embarrassed when during the campaign period, I’ve been boasting to everyone that I am my brother’s sister? In addition to that, I have finally realized how proud I am of my brother for trying to build his own image and name ALL BY HIMSELF. And also, I finally realized what a SISTER means-it is staying behind your brother’s back, not only to be protected by him, but also to look after him and to make him know that someone has got his back so he shall never be discouraged on moving forward to face all of the trials.

A message to those who helped my brother: Even though, he might not win the elections, I still want to thank you for helping him. I am his one and only sibling in this world, so I hope you understand why I kept on bothering you, asking to help him because you’re the only one I can depend on to. Thank you very much.

I just hope that, if ever my brother can’t make it, those who will be elected will be much better than him in terms of planning, leading, setting things up, decision-making and all of the requirements of being a good, effective and efficient leader. I know that all of those who will be elected, even though they were from different parties, they will be united and lead MSU for its betterment. Most of those candidates were good leaders; but I hope only those who are the best will be elected

I might sound bitter to you because of the ‘hateful’ possible outcome, but I just want to make it clear that, yes, I’m hurt because he might not win; however since my brother is fine with whatever result will come, who am I to be super bitter about it? Yes, I’m also okay with any result; HE IS STILL A WINNER TO ME, anyway. Smile. ^^

Drive, Baby, Drive!

Clutch. Primera. Accelerator. An'daw? Okeerds. Na-brief na ako ni Daddy about sa basic infos na dapat kong malaman sa pagd'drive. And I was like (O.O?) The words are all new to me kaya saludo ako kay Daddy sa pagde-define sa'kin nung mga new terms. He let me turn the engine on pero di ko pa napapamove ung kotse. Next time na daw un. Ghaaa~ Naexcite tuloy ako. Kaso... takot ako. Baka kasi makabangga ako or something. Pero sabi naman ni Daddy, normal lang daw na matakot ka pag first time, pero easy lang daw talaga ang pagd-drive. Ahhhh malay! Sana may arcade na lang dito sa MC para sa video games na lang ako magpractice mag-drive. Hahahaha!

DECEMBER REPORT.

This post will be all about my life during the first part of this second semester.

ONE: NEW FRIENDS. Yes, I finally got the chance to get acquainted with my co-majes. I really wanted to be friends with them since first year but I was shy to approach them, thinking that they might assume that I am a ‘feeling-close’ fella. But because I’m already friends with some ‘friend-ng-lahat’ fellas, my batchmates finally knew my existence. We started by greeting each other with a simple ‘Hi!’, laughed at our common friend’s jokes, and eventually, learned to talk to each other comfortably. It feels good to have a new set of friends; it makes life happier and more interesting. ^^

TWO: HARDER SUBJECTS. I hate this fact the most. My five out of seven subjects this semester are mainly Business Ad subjects and most of my instructors are known for being terrors. Sigh. I’m having a hard time adjusting with those. Oral recitation in every meeting (as for the two out of those five subjects). Hard quizzes (as for my Major subject). Boring and always absent teacher (as for the other one subject). Actually, the one and only subject that I love to attend is my Marketing class because there’s no oral recitation plus our teacher is very energetic. However, our teacher gives SURPRISE QUIZZES. And of course, I hate that fact! (>.<)

THREE: CRUSH. School life would be very boring if you only focus on your studies. So adding a crush on your list of inspirations will probably colour your boring, black and white school life. I always had a crush on someone but due to some weirdrumours, my feelings for him have faded. And then, a new guy rises (LOL). He was one of my childhood friends. We were not really close back then, but we had texted each other for a short period of time, and eventually knew each other well. He was once a good and playful kid, but he is now a bad-boy type. Of course, he is good-looking, and is a neat-freak. (Short description for safety purposes. xD) I have no intention of telling my friends (except for my Twinny) things about him because... I just think that they don’t need to know. LOL. Hahahaha~! But seriously, I don’t wanna tell them because I know that they will just endlessly tease me whenever he’s around and eventually, he will find out that I like him; and I freakin’ don’t like that! But anyway, this thing called ‘Crush’ will surely expire once I find a new guy who will suit my preferences. B-)

I guess, I will just end it like this. My Second year Second semester first part is indeed boring, so I can’t think of any exciting event that has happened recently. Adios! ^^

PARTY TIME!

DECEMBER BREAK NAAAAAAAAAA~~~~!!!!! IT’S TIME TO PARTY! WHOHOOOOOO~~~~!!!!!

This day has finally come! December 22, 2012--- ang last day ng pasok ko sa 2012. Pwede na rin akong magsaya nang walang inaalala tulad ng mga friends kong mas maaga ang Christmas break kesa sa’kin. Yahooooo~~~! \(^O^)/

Hindi naman sa may pupuntahan akong magandang lugar kaya ganito ako kaexcited. Super namiss ko lang talaga ang bahay namin. BELIEVE ME! Miss ko na talaga ang bahay namin although araw-araw naman akong umuuwi (kasalanan ‘to ng school na yan! >o<). Kaya makikipagbonding ako ng todo sa bahay namin this December break. LUL.

So, ano nga ba ang gagawin ko sa buong two-weeks vacation na ‘to? Siyempre, number ONE sa listahan ang PANONOOD. Plano kong panoorin lahat ng not-yet-watched movies at series dito sa bahay; at pag unsatisfied pa ako, DOWNLOADing will be my second option. Chom chom~

Number TWO, MAGBABASA. O’yea. Kahit vacation days, kelangan ko pa ring mag-study. I’m so disappointed sa mga quiz grades ko ngayong Prelim (dahil nga, wala ako ni-isang naipasa), kaya kelangan ko talagang bumawi next year. In shaa ALLAH! Ameen!

Hmm... ano pa ba? Wala na ata! Yan lang naman talaga ang plano ko e. Di na rin muna siguro ako lalabas ng bahay ngayon. Baka sakaling pumuti. Hahahahaha~! LOL joke!

Kfyn! Gotta end this post nha ‘coz amma start my happy vacation days. (^___________^)
