He has no name yet but hes a pachinko staff-san!!!! Ex-delinquent and doing his best to get by for himself and his little stepsister.

Hes always on the floor doing rounds and got to know osomatsu because of how often he frequents. Since they are on friendly terms, oso often tries to steal extra balls just to cause problems on purpose (for fun) to mess with oc, knowing he'll be caught anyways..

oso would try to rizz up oc to get him to rig the machines for him (it never works because he'd like to keep his job thank you very much)

Little sister really likes nyaachan because she got to know hashimoto mi through the same babysitter!!! Hence why she always wears a cat mask+ears+tail!! Also helps her feel less anxious in public and around strangers
