I’m gonna say the work i’ve been putting in is working cus everyone is commenting on how much leaner i look so 😛😛! I haven’t even been consistently eating healthy like i doordashed like 3 times last week but Im still dropping. Guys should i still post wieiad even when I doordash to be more transparent or does no gaf about my life and I should go shake hands Allah himself?lol ahaha (not that I’m planning on door dashing in the future hahah I would never 😊i’m a changed person this week)!
Also I was thinking of doing carnivore diet like genuinely genuinely but like i don’t want to die of gout so no. I’ll do something similar but I’m still going to incorporate carbs fruits veggies. so basically a normal balanced diet idk what I’m saying. anywho I also need to up my Fiber intake (can’t have my hemorrhoids coming back yk lol tmi? sorry)
