My family is very smart, they think that COVID cases going down since the vaccine was released, that it PROVES that the whole thing is a conspiracy.
The knife wielding one.
The psycho herself.
So in my health class we’re currently doing sex Ed, and surprisingly it talked about all the useful stuff, but halfway through I realized. None of that stuff helped me at all. I’m a lesbian. None of this taught me how to have safe sex. Yes it’s a step forward to actually teach kids about sex, but we have a long way to go.
Hey I’m bored so I’m gonna explain how my social battery works. For context on mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I have work for two hours after school.
So Monday, I start at 100% battery. Instantly down -45% because school. So midday on Monday I have 55%. It charges like 5% in between school and my job. So I have 60% before work on Monday. -25% at work. End of Monday, I’m at 35%. It charges overnight. I start at 65% on Tuesday morning. I have school, so that’s -45%, 20% by the end of the day. Wednesday, I start at 50%. Here is where I start to struggle. By the end of school I’m at 5%. It charges 5%. By the time I’m halfway through work on Wednesday, I’m running on empty. That continues for the rest of the week. So that means I’m slugging along, about to snap for two days. This is life with depression. I hate it when happy people are like, “wELL jUsT bE hAppY nOt sAd 😆😉😘😍👌👍” it doesn’t work like that. Just like a cellphone or laptop, you can’t just tell me to recharge and expect it to work. You can’t walk up to your car and say, “oh you don’t need to have gas, it’s all in your tank! Just keep going I know you can do it!” It’s not helpful. Sorry for the incoherent rant, I had a bad day.
