I can’t believe I’m literally only a few followers away from 3,000. I never expected this many people would be interested in watching me blow up! 😂

As a thank you, I took this video doing pull ups (edited to include picture screenshots). This is just body weight and I will say I had just finished heavier sets of weighted pull ups, but wow my form isn’t as good as I think it is 😅 I think the first few reps are good but the rest are definitely not good reps. It ain’t easy pulling up nearly 225 pounds!
