the other day I threw away three quarters of a fancy expensive pizza that was for me to eat so I wouldnt eat it. then proceeding to binge later that night. I hate the things my eating disorder makes me do I would never want to be wasteful but I sincerely to god didn’t think I would eat I hate for I’ll swing from one side of disordered to the other I hate myself
