just locked my room and tossed the key off the balcony so that even if i get cravings, i can’t act on them because my door is locked. when i want my fast to end i’ll just ask my parents to retrieve it in the backyard and to unlock my door ☺️ (i have a bathroom to my door btw so it’s fine and i have a bunch of water and zero calorie soda in my room)
