When are you updating to iOS 11??
Development of both Android and iOS versions of SketchAndCalc should come to a close the second week in March. There is no way to estimate how long Apple’s approval process might take... but I would hope both Apps will be in the respective stores by the end of March.

Do u have the number of accuracy for this application for measuring the area?
SketchAndCalc uses coordinate geometry to calculate area. This math is without approximation, rounding or averaging.
Frankly, SketchAndCalc’s accuracy is entirely dependant on the user's ability to draw a shape.

i can't upload image, my internet connection is ok. I try to restart my computer but that also doesn't help.
The problem has been resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience.
The issue, a server backup problem, has been resolved and we’ve been reassured this will not happen again.
How can I measure multiple rooms in the same floor plan without having to keep deleting each and going back? It seems really strange to offer a floor plan software without the ability to measure every room in the house.

Adapt or Die
Development of SketchAndCalc (SAC) version 5 has begun, and this time we’re building from the ground up.
“Isn’t that expensive?”
“Yeah.”
“Then why do it?”
Four reasons:
1) Adobe Flash, the technology that runs SAC is dying, and fewer browsers have their Flash plug-ins switched on by default leading to a poor user experience, at least initially.
2) Consolidate business models. SAC for iPad is sold in the App store and has no connection to the account database of SketchAndCalc.com. This means no access to saved files between apps, and that sucks!
The new model will centralize account creation and management at SketchAndCalc.com and all mobile and desktop clients will be free to download, and include a days free trial.
3) New mobile and desktop platforms. Moving to a ‘cross platform’ code-base means code can be reused to build new versions for iOS, Android, Windows10 and OS X without starting again each time. This should also mean faster, more economical development cycles.
4) Better. Just better! More features such as calculating area of multiple shapes, angles, lengths of curves etc. But most importantly, improved performance of image importation and processing. Faster processing of higher resolution images and greater magnification of Maps so you can zoom way in!

Chrome:
Type chrome://settings/content into the address bar, scroll down to Flash and select 'Allow sites to run flash'.
Safari:
Open Safari and then go to “Preferences”, accessible from the Safari menu.
Choose the “Security” tab and look for “Internet plug-ins”, then click the “Manage Website Settings…” button.
Select “Adobe Flash Player” from the left side to gather a list of websites that have used or attempted to use the Flash plug-in.
Firefox:
Choose Firefox > Tools > Add-ons. Open the Add-ons dialog box.
Select Plugins.
In the list of Add-ons, look for Shockwave Flash (another name for Flash Player) and check the status that appears to the right of the plug-in name. Shockwave Flash is disabled.
Select Always Activate. ...
Close the dialog box.

You can unsubscribe at anytime from Settings > Account > Unsubscribe.
How to I measure an additional polygon from one image?
Using the keyboards ‘escape key’ or ‘clear canvas’ from the ‘action menu’ you’ll be prompted to chose to clear either the drawing only or both drawing and image.
Selecting ‘drawing only’ will keep the image and canvas scale you set and allow you to draw another polygon.
The next version of SketchAndCalc will incorporate drawing layers and therefore support multiple areas over a single image.
Finally an app that lets me measure areas from my photos. Suggested improvements for app to function more like PC version. Ability to select line type (solid, dash, thickness & colour). Ability to do multiple polygons & lines on same image. Add capability to annotate. Import function not user-friendly. Add 3 tabs for import (1) camera roll (2) dropbox (3) camera. Thanks.

The iOS app is next for a development cycle, and will include all of the same features found in the Android and Web App. Multiple polygons will also feature!

For desktop computers Sketchandcalc is a web app, accessible from http://www.sketchandcalc.com.
I am interested in using SketchAndCalc to assist in capturing room/area size (sq. ft.) in large manaufacting facilities. How can I determine the cost of accessing the SketchAndCalc system? How many users can be logged in? Is this a subscription service?4
The web app supports an unlimited number of simulatanous users as processing is performed client side.You can see the two pricing models by selecting [login / Register] from the action menu. A daily user license is $1.99 and a monthly subscription is $4.99.
