Fat-free Maitorahka/Quark: high protein!! (10 g for 100 g), filling and tastes divine with berries or flavoring! (Also low kcal and high in calcium)
Fat-free Greek yog: also high in protein so filling!
Fat-free cottage cheese: semi high protein and you can blend it into soups!
No-sugars almond milk: way lower in calories than regular milk, low fat and tastes fine!
White fish: low fat, high protein, super filling as a meal
Egg whites: low kcal, sort of high protein and fat-free!
Cucumber: mostly water! And super satisfying with it being crunchy and can be paired with grill seasoning (I dare you to try it, it is amazing)
Cauliflower: I prefer it cooked, but you can also have it raw and it goes great with (again,) grill seasoning or in the oven as nuggets!
Broccoli: really good boiled and pairs well with anything
Green beans: work as basically fries due to their shape, and the taste is nice
Carrots: super filling, 70/200 g so super voluminous and carrots taste great
Lettuce: salads are great (add seasoning to them like sat+pepper or lemon juice and they actually are) and lettuce is high volume
Kale: you can cook it in the air fryer to make super crunchy crisps to snack on!!
Sprouts: super super high volume for little kcals!
Apples: I'm a bit scared of them so if they're big I'll have only half, but they are good so I eat them anyway
Oranges: taste great and are lower than apples!
Tangerines: <50 and taste good
Kiwis: <50 and are also good (tip: cut it in half and eat with a spoon, scraping the inside of the skin!!)
Strawberries: 32/100 g so super low, and like who doesn't like strawberries??
Raspberries: really nice, and the berry highest in fiber (=more filling)!
Clouberries/lakka: they grow in swamps around here and have a lot of vitamins!
Red currant/punaherukka: sort of a sour berry, but I like the taste
Pepsi max/sugarfree cola: amazing for sweet cravings and hunger pangs due to the taste and carbonation
Rooibos tea: tastes really good without anything added in, and it's caffeine free
Sugarfree energy drinks: CAFFEINE IS AN APPETITE SUPPRESSANT
Black coffee: CAFFEINE IS STILL AN APPETITE SUPPRESSANT
Water: PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY, DRINK WATER IT IS 0 KCAL
Rye bran: YOU CAN MICROWAVE 25 g OF IT WITH 2 dl WATER AND YOU GET SUPER HIGH FIBER AND LOW KCAL OATMEAL!!!!
Lemon juice: great for adding flavor to stuff!
Grill seasoning: good with anything savory, and gets rid of salty cravings
Calorie-free flavourings: you just add a few drops and boom, your food tastes good
Spices: because spices are so light, they are basically 0 kcal so make your food taste good
