Have you ever been so sad and depressed that it makes you not hungry?
New low weight 💕
Hit a new low weight today! (Sorry about my dirty scales lol) I’ve been eating really healthy and I DO eat carbs, but only whole grain carbs such as white rice and couscous. Our bodies run on carbs and it’s so dangerous to deprive yourself of them as this is where we get our main energy source from.
At the start of April 2020 I was 10 stone (140lbs) and now I’m 8 stone 5 (117lbs). So it’s only taken me 3 months.
I’ve learnt that eating the right foods will still make you lose weight but in a healthy way, so you won’t gain it all back when you start eating normally.
Stay safe ✨💕
Please read!
It's normal to gain about three to five pounds during your period. Generally, it will go away a few days after your period starts. Period-related weight gain is caused by hormonal fluctuations. It may be the result of water retention, overeating, sugar cravings, and skipping workouts due to cramps.
Please don’t be so hard on yourself during this time ❤️
I’m actually so so depressed. I don’t think I’ve felt like this ever in my life! I’m going to try and do some self care today like do my hair or nails, hopefully that will make me feel better.
Just honestly feel like I don’t have anyone to talk to or open up to! But if anyone wants to talk because you are feeling the same I’m always here!
I’d hate to think someone feels the way I do now and doesn’t have anyone to talk to. We have eachother 💕
I rarely ever change my weight in the bio and this is because I only weigh myself once a month.
Standing on scales gives me so much anxiety and I used to be one of those people who steps on them every 5 minutes! But I’ve realised your body fluctuates so much over the day due to fluids etc, it’s so unrealistic to weigh yourself so often.
If you’re sticking to a strict routine you should lose around 1lb a week. So at the end of the month it will be around 3/4lbs of weight loss.
Weighing myself once a month has been so much better for my mental health to! I really recommend trying it. I know it’s difficult sometimes but once you get used to it you’ll feel so much better I promise ❤️
medically, i think a binge is when you eat a lot of food in a short time. but in the ed community binge is kinda a personally defined word, sometimes it's going over your cal limit, sometimes eating a food you consider unsafe, generally it all falls under unplanned eating I would say tho
Yes I totally agree with you!
What do people class as a binge? I’m asking because today I ate a slice of cake that was 189 cals. And honestly that for me felt like a binge, mainly because I never eat refined sugar so now I just feel guilty 😩
I really want to post a weight loss check but too scared people will recognise me !
Sasha markina is my ultimate thinspo 😍
I’ve been vegan for a month now (I was vegan for a year between 2017-2018) and honestly the weight is coming off without me even trying.
Please note I don’t eat bread or pasta as these are still massive fear foods for me. If I have spaghetti I make zoodles instead. Which is sooo yummy btw!
I recommend everyone try because it’s been amazing for me. My skin looks so much fresher and healthier to.
How long has it taken you to lose 14lbs? I know it will be different with everyone but comment below 😊
I’ll start:
March 15th 2020 - April 26th 2020
*EDIT* please note that my BMI was overweight before this weight loss, hence why the weight came off quicker than usual.
Does anyone else gain like 3lbs at the end of the day? And then it goes down in the morning? Or is this just my body?
Seeing the weight go up actually scares me so much I hate it.
I’m literally having a mental breakdown today. I’m so so sad and unhappy, it doesn’t help that I have no one to talk to because I have no friends. Hopefully I feel better soon 😢
I get so upset when I don’t see results the next day after restricting! I know this is normal but I feel like my body has hit plateau as I’ve been the same weight for almost 2 weeks!
Does anyone have any tips on how to get past this?
this is the money dog, repost in the next 24 hours and money will come your way!!
I found the cure to curb the feeling of a major binge!
Every time I feel like I’m going to have a huge binge (usually late at night) I make a fresh juice in my juicer. This consists of:
1 small green apple (52 cals)
2 celery sticks (6 cals per stick)
1 small carrot (21 cals)
Half a lemon (9 cals)
This is enough to make 1 glass with 3 ice cubes added. This has been a lifesaver to not binging, I highly recommend! The juice is also full of goodness and I personally think it taste delicious!
Please note the juicer only squeezes the juice and leaves the rest of the fruit/veg so the calories will be significantly lower.
The picture below is the juicer I use!
Stay safe 💕💕💕
