me:
I feel like I ate to much today
Im scared Iâm faking my ED without knowing it. What if Iâm just making it up. Maybe Iâm just forcing it.
Sometimes Iâm binging, sometimes Iâm restricting, sometimes I eat normally but still have ED thoughts, sometimes I have ortho tendencies, sometimes Iâm addicted to exercising, sometimes I purge.
I wish I could just restrict and lose weight consistently instead of yoyoing

0.5 Calorie Chocolate Cookies! (70 calories for ALL 14 COOKIES!!!)
Seriously! these cookies I made are 0.5 calories EACH. The recipe/way to make them is very similar to meringues but they donât look or taste much like them, theyâre just like regular cookies in my eyes. keep reading for recipeđŞ
INGREDIENTS:
⢠3 egg whites (50cal)
⢠3-4 tbsp Splenda (0cal) or any 0cal sweetner
⢠1 tbsp cocoa powder (20cal)
⢠baking powder
makes about 14 cookies of this size. (you only see 13 on my panâŚ.thatâs because I ate some of the doughđ)
Directions:
Beat together your egg whites and gradually add in Splenda. Beat the egg whites until they reach a peak.
Add in your cocoa powder and beat until itâs mixed in well.
Form cookies on a pan and MAKE SURE YOU SPRAY THE PAN. This is so important or the whole recipe will fail.
Bake at 250 FARENHEIT (sorry my spelling sucks ass). For 15-25 minutes. Just keep an eye on them. Times often vary.
Enjoy!!!

45 CAL MUG CAKE
This oneâs chocolate & cinnamon flavour yâall.
This is a recipe I adapted from another recipe bc it was shit soo, here goes:
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon flour (28cal)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (0cal)
1 teaspoon cacao powder (approx. 15cal, I used that raw Mayan superfood stuff but Iâm sure any unsweetened cocoa powder would work)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (0cal, this wasnât in the OG recipe but cinnamon has a laxative effect on me so bonus points for gettin muh bowels moooovin)
2 tablespoons zero cal sweetener (0cal)
1 tablespoon water (0cal, this was milk in the original recipe but milk is a ~fear food~ of mine so idfw milk)
Method:
Mix all the dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder, cacao powder, cinnamon, & sweetenerrr) and get rid of the floor/baking powder lumps cos they taste gross if theyâre left in. It makes sort of a brown powder lookin thing.
Add the water and mix well until itâs smooooooooth af bby.
Microwave for 50 seconds.
Let it cool (itâs really fuckin hot) and enjoy! This is the most important step bitches.
This shitâs b o m b when youâre craving cake cos itâs just about the same texture and has a similar taste. You can of course add some vanilla extract if you wanna be ~fancy~, but I didnât have any and Iâm too lazy to go to the store lmao.
I feel so much better with an empty stomach (:
46cal egg drop soup
1 cup stock of choice (I used chicken) 10cal
1 egg white 17cal
1/2 tbsp corn starch 15cal
1/8tsp sesame oil 4cal
Pinch of garlic
Pinch of ginger
Mix stock, corn starch, garlic and ginger together and heat until simmering
Stir while adding egg white so that ribbons form
Once egg is cooked, add sesame oil and serve
This is seriously my fav safe meal. It's super low calorie and filling. Tonight I added 1/4 tsp of soy sauce and some chopped onion and it was amazing and still only 54cal.
