Something rotten has infected the land, bringing loss and darkness in its wake. The air tastes putrid with a disease no clan has ever seen. Starclan has fallen in their holy battle, and the valley feels hollow beneath your paws, every beat of your frantic heart being on borrowed time...
Something has taken hold, festering unseen and quiet. It twists its victims into something else, something horrific and lost. The clans call it the "Black Rot", and no cat is truly safe from what is lurking closer and closer with each breath.
The Withering is a realistic, literate, 18+ Warrior Cats roleplay set in the Pacific Northwest's Cascade Range, carrying themes of disease, decay, and survival.
