Unpopular opinion, but I don’t care enough to put this under a cut.

Even though I don’t want Ultra Music Festival to get cancelled, I, for the first time in my life, understand the government and the city’s concerns.

Too many people have zero respect and regard for rules at these things. No matter how “hard” you’re “vibing”, there’s no excuse for crashing through a barrier and trampling employees hired to make your experience a safe one.

Respect goes both ways. If the public doesn’t know how to behave and follow the guidelines that apply to a large outdoor event, then they don’t deserve a festival.
