Skye smirked lightly, looking at the guy in front of her. "Alright, well good. Then you're sure I won't wake up tomorrow, hearing on the news that some blonde dude died in the street or something?" She chuckled despite the heavy question. "-do you need me to walk you home?" She quirked an eyebrow, licking her lips subtly.

Skye laughed under her breath at his sarcastic comment, knowing he was right to say it. "Oh wow," she breathed, raising her eyebrows in almost-disbelief. "That's...that must have been quite a show."

Skye raised a questioning eyebrow at her at her first statement, swimming along next to her. She was right though - it was so easy to take something like the ocean for granted when it was always right there. "You're right. I guess it's easy to forget. Maybe we should make this a weekly thing? It's only gonna get warmer anyway."

Soon enough they pulled into the hospital parking lot and Tyler turned off the engine. He turned his body to glance at Skye, huffing to himself. He gently tapped her thigh and offered her a smile. “Thanks. I owe you.” Tyler gave her a nod and exited his truck.

Skye felt her chest tighten a little when they pulled up at the hospital. She really didn't want to do this, but she also didn't want to abandon him now that she's promised not to. She glanced over at him, almost surprised when he tapped her on the thigh. "Yeah, you do." She agreed but then managed a sincere smile. "Come on." She opened the door and got out, walking around to walk next to Tyler.

A little fun never hurt anyone, especially when the fun was with Skye. Her reactions were the best part. Tyler laughed quietly while buttoning the last button of his shirt. “No staying over. I know, I know.” He flashed her a charming smile before walking up to her.

"Good." She shot him a pointed look, holding it for a moment before a smile broke her facade. "You can sleep on the couch, but you better be gone before I get up in the morning, alright?" She already knew that he probably wouldn't be, and it didn't bother her that much, she just figured she would say it.

“Mmm. Water. Got it.” He pointed over in her direction just to reinstate that he definitely knew and was taking it in. “Might be time to go home or something,” he added on a mumble. “That whole bed thing sounds like a good idea.”

"Good," she said and gave a half hearted shrug of her shoulders. "Yeah, a bed is always a good idea. Do you remember where you live though?" She arched an eyebrow, watching him.

You just don’t like people… or? You know when I find that I hate people the most? When I’m walking down the street and people are just taking their damn time and walking slow or stopping in the middle of the footpath – like, it’s moments like that I really think I’d like to become a hermit and never interact with human life ever again.”

Skye laughed under her breath, running a hand through her hair. "You're never gonna leave before I tell you that you're supposedly funny, are you?" She considered his question for a moment. "It's not that I don't like people," she said and paused for a beat. "I just...I don't know." She shrugged, not sure how to explain it. She chuckled at his comment, agreeing with him. "Yeah, that's never fun."
