personally I don’t think Michaela or Fran fell in love at first sight. I think they were both extremely intrigued and attracted at first sight. But I’ve seen people saying “oh Fran fell in love at first sight” “no Michaela fell in love” NEITHER. they thought “this is the most beautiful woman ever”, annoyed the SHIT out of each other, became friends, and they both fell in love a little bit. And neither of them know! That’s the fun bit. They are falling in love in s4 a little bit at a time and they don’t realize it. of course until Fran grabs Michaela’s hand, looks deep into her eyes, and asks her to please stay. that’s it for Michaela she’s a goner. That’s the moment it fully hit her, that she’s fallen in love fully with her best friend’s widow. Fran hasn’t found out abt homosexuality yet but ooooo boy. I love the “fell first / fell harder” trope and it’s even better with lesbians !!! bridgerton writers ur cooking with these girls
