“I don’t think it’s even been a week.”
No, but it’s been a day too long for an update, and Yui has withdrawal symptoms!!
“What about your mom and dad?”
Kyouko and Yui wrap up their library adventures.
“You can’t talk about a Triple Zero detective that way!”
I have no real excuse for taking QUITE so long to update since a lot of that was just poor time management and not all technical difficulty, but hey, here we are.
“Sell yourself…? You sound like you have a specific market in mind.”
Level Up!!
“I told him about the case over the phone, but he didn’t seem very concerned.”
Our brave heroines… ride the bus. (They do call this chapter Daily Life for a reason.)
“You were just so cute.”
Yui asks Kyouko out.
“This isn’t over, is it?”
Yui and Kyouko go back to their ordinary school lives… sort of.
“You think detectives are all knights in shining armor and saints?”
We find there are some very exploitable loopholes in the DSC system as the case draws to a close.
“In an RPG, the hero goes to buy weapons and armor at the shop to make himself strong enough to beat the boss, right?”
The culprit opens up.
“We need you to lend your assistance, so that no one else is victimized the way you have been.”
Actually, as it turns out, it’s still up to Kirigiri to fill in most of the culprit’s side. Oh well. What’s new?
“I never thought I’d be shown up by a brand new middle school detective.”
The culprit starts to fill in his side of the story.
“This vodka is 96% alcohol by volume.”
At last, as Chapter 5 draws to a close, Kirigiri corners the true culprit.
“If you can trust me, then untie the ribbon on my right hand.”
Where was the body hidden? Kirigiri finally starts to point towards the solution.
“The culprit is you!”
Yui cracks the case!! …Or does she?!
“But we’re still missing something crucial here.”
Some of the biggest mysteries behind this case have been solved, but where does that leave the rest?
“There’s one simple answer that can resolve all these mysteries, isn’t there?”
Yui makes a breakthrough in her understanding of this case.
