18+ Only//NSFW Hey dude!! Thanks for stopping' by! I'm an ABDL/Middle in my 30s. I live in New England at the edge of the suburbs and I love the outdoors. I swim, snorkel and scuba dive almost every day and visit lots of local forests and lakes. I go canoeing and kayaking frequently, as well as occiosnal white water rafting and skiing in the winter. I 🐶 ABSOLUTELY 🐶 LOVE 🐶 DOGS 🐶!! I started wearing diapers about halfway through college after an injury. I quickly found diapers to be comfortable, reliable and convenient. Eventually I found the ABDL community, which served as a catalyst towards acceptance and embracing the freedoms and unexpected comforts (and ...pleasures...😉...) of wearing diapers As a Middle, I wear a variety of diapers including ABU, Kiddo, Tranquility, Northshore, Incontrol, Abena and Trest. I also have a growing collection of pajamas, diaper themed T-shirts and onsies. Boxer shorts are also part of my middle persona, and are equally as important as the diaper aspect of it. I am an incomplete paraplegic and wear diapers full time to manage incontinence. I generally wear them under my boxers and keep them a little on the loose side for comfort and air flow. I am able to walk with crutches and leg, braces, and use them interchangeably with my Wheelchair. I participate in a lot of adaptive sports and credit diapers for their contribution to making that possible, comfortable and enjoyable. Diapers: the new boxers…

Hello and thanks for dropping by!

I have been working on this blog to share some of my stories and experiences of wearing diapers (almost) full time, focusing on how I manage incontinence while still enjoying the outdoors and overall living life to the fullest.

Building on this, the concept of “diapers as the new boxers” has emerged. To me it sort of represents not just my own transition from wearing diapers to manage incontinence to embracing them for all of the freedoms and comforts they have to offer.

Ultimately, I aim to be more active in the broader diaper /abdl community. I hope to connect with other bros who also wear diapers - or maybe are just interested or curious about those of us who do. For me, diapers are just a normal part of my life: same as a backwards baseball cap, a well worn set of sneakers, hoodie.

Recently, I have had the opportunity to do some writing for Northshore as part of the “Hero’s” club. Doing so has caused me to reflect on the amount of progress that the incontinence and abdl community has made over the years. It brought about almost a sense of nostalgia: It brought me back to the period of time when I return to college, after serving in the military, and gradually embrace diapers as more than just something to merely manage incontinence, to something that brought me, comfort and peace, but also brought lots of excitement. It’s kind of like the same thing that I experienced when I started to wear boxers when I was younger, the exhilaration and the freedom that came with wearing them and being proud to wear them. Since I started to be more open with my friends and family about wearing diapers, it was a liberating moment and one that I hope continues to resonate and bro as more dudes like me can be just as proud to wear diapers as we would have been to wear boxers. A time of new freedom and greater maturity: of confidence, fraternity and friendships.

How often do you change your diaper?

For me prolly every 2-3 hours during the day, specially if I’m around others. During the day - “business hours” I’m usually wearing Tranquility ATN or Northshore lite. Day diapers = no more than damp: it’s hygienic and discrete. Once I’m in for the day/ evening night, I wear printed ABDL diapers: usually one for the evening before bed after my evening shower. Evening diapers for me range from soggy to squishy. My bedtime diaper starts dry, but by morning they’re almost always super squishy😌. (Mornings are also when they get warm n squishy in the back too😉). After my morning shower/swim, it’s back to dry and damp till evening. I average 6-8 diaper changes a day.

Have you ever gotten into an accident, or got an injury that required you to be sent to the hospital? What happens when the EMT or someone else finds your diapers?

Thankfully, I haven't needed to be sent anywhere in the wambulance yet. I have had some fairly serious injuries that nearly required it, though.

After a few of those mishaps, I decided it would be a good idea to get a medical I.D. bracelet. That way, if I can't speak for myself, or I'm unconscious, someone can just read the bracelet to learn about what I need in a medical emergency.

Some of you may be familiar with this from abdl stories. And it may seem like it's not necessary. But when things get serious, and you have a real medical condition, it's worth having that information on the I.D.

So, I bought one that states that I'm diaper dependent and incontinent, amongst other things. This way, when EMT's, Firefighters, Wilderness Rescue, or whomever needs to come looking for me- finds me, they know that I'll definitely need to have protection on at all times while in their care. And that the diaper I'm wearing when they find me is supposed to be there. They'll know from then on that they shouldn't cut it, or take it off of me, like they occasionally do when people get hurt.

And that's really all it's for. Doctors know about my incontinence from my records, but first responders don't have immediate access to that information. So it really is worth having that on me, no matter how embarrassing it may be to wear a wristband that clearly states I'm in diapers full-time.

So, if you participate in risky sports, and/or really have a medical need for diapers, I recommend getting a medical I.D. which states that. First responders might thank you for having that wee bit of important information on you before they assume you won't need to be on a bed pad, or something absorbent if they need to start cutting things off of you.

It could also help them understand that incontinence you're experiencing isn't the result of your injuries, or that you're not just wearing the diaper for fun, or it could help them accommodate you better while in transport. So, it is actually kinda important, if you think about it.

But, for those kinky exhibitionists out there; please don't get a medical bracelet that says you need diapers if you really don't. Medical I.D.'s are meant to display critically important information about the person wearing it; not to state your preferences or kinks. They will actually get pretty mad at you for doing that since they expect the information to be accurate. Cause that's what the I.D.'s are made for...

this is such a good question: my impulse is to basically say both. I would also add that. It depends on what type of diaper you’re wearing and where you are wearing it.

when I’m out and about, I veer towards a touch of discretion ( okay….maybe from time to time I’ll wear my husky or green dragon hat. I wear my diaper themed/ abdl style stuff mainly at home. When I am out and about during the day, I’m usually just wearing plain white diapers. I don’t go to extremes to conceal them, but I don’t openly flaunt them either. If somebody catches my diaper peeking over the waistband of my shorts, good for them. I use a wheelchair (or leg braces) So people are going to go gawk and act like imbeciles anyway. Many times they will say something stupid (one thunder-thighed Boomer actually demanded to know where my ‘caregiver’ was: I replied, “…uh…where’s yours? Isn’t it past your curfew at the nursing home?”) so peoples eyes will naturally be drawn towards me anyway, because all my God, I’m a young person using a wheelchair independently. (Or they will glare at me when they see me in handicap spots because how DARE a YOUNG MAN park in a ….oh wait…he’s using. Wheelchaih….awh muy goodness…

yeah, anyway, sorry, I digress. My Wheelchair is beat the fuck up. And I’m very proud of that. And I don’t care if people see my diaper. I’m young, strong, fit active and yep: I wear Pampers and I’m proud!

A little on life as a middle…

There’s just something about wearing diapers in the outdoors…. Being a Middle must be one of the most versatile of the ABDL diaspora. It’s the best of both worlds. I’ve always had a thing for boxers. They’re comfy. Versatile (again…) but represent freedom, comfort….the dawn of masculinity…. Boxers weren’t the only icons of this time. Airwalk sneakers. Adidas “swishee” track pants. Shiny shorts.

I worked as a lifeguard in summer and ALL the bros I worked with wore boxers. It’s was a very jock heavy, testosterone laden environment. Lots of waistbands against glistening abs that had turned almost bronze during the summer from constant hours of lotion and sun.

When we weren’t on duty, we sailed, lived together, shared meals and lived in canvas tents with little privacy. We were a clique: all alpha’s and were (or more…considered ourselves) to be the best looking and elite of the staff.

So we convince ourselves anyway. I wonder what it would have been like if one was a bedwetter….I’d like to think that we’d all be understanding and respectful of a bro in a squishy situation. But we’d still make playful jabs from time to time because after all….”bros will be bros..”😉

i’ve been working on this site quite a bit lately. I am aspiring to become more active in the diaper and abdl community. My primary objective on here is to meet chill diaper bros and build relationships both online and in person.

Additionally, I enjoy sharing my experiences about wearing diapers, both as a means to manage incontinence, but also for everything else that diapers has to offer in a broader sense: physical and emotional comfort, confidence and above all, peace.

I have lots of ideas to write about. Things like feeling comfortable wearing diapers, or about being OK about disclosing to other people that you wear them. No matter what your reason for wearing them is. Diapers are freedom to do what you want…when you want, whenever you want. Something which enables us to be our most genuine, true selves.

I started the site to meet new people and make new friends and much of this is centered around diapers. I want to broaden this concept more towards to greater picture as far as what I talk (well….write about.).

I am a Lego enthusiast, and I have a growing collection that I enjoy tinkering with when I’m not doing stuff outside. I play the piano, and I like taking long rides out in the country, another thing that diapers makes possible and comfortable. I’m also a pretty good cook! Professionally I am a writer and teach history part time at the college level. (that’s the stuff that I do to pay the bills 😉).
