i recognized multiple emojis in that server that have been traced from other artists

literally some of the emojis in that server are ones that i use DAILY in their original forms

if you recognize the style of the server name, LEAVE THE SERVER, they know exactly what they’re doing and there is an embarrassing amount of people there

i was banned from the server for sending the word “traced”

so here's how this goes down every time, to my knowledge:

the artists are understandably upset that their emojis have been redrawn without their permission. they go into the server, post their link immediately, and tell their concerns. they are immediately banned from the server.

their system leaves no room for the people who are upset about their emojis being taken without being asked first. and then they're banned for saying "tracing" or "stolen" and their image of the person who draws these is of some asshole who has gotten away with giving traced emojis to the 11,158 accounts in the server.

i didn't even get to DM the artist because they fucking banned me before i could realize what happens in the server

the fact that they are not asking the artists or checking whether the artist said it was okay to redraw their art is so annoying. it is not our jobs to make sure that you do not step on our toes. you should just be looking at our toes

my boyfriend is in the server and has let me know that they did remove my emoji from the server, but they did that after auto-banning me which is super cool and totally didn't leave salt in my mouth

Sorry about being inactive recently, haha! School had started again and so I ended up being flooded with a lot of work. Hope I can start working on them again, especially when winter break starts.
