I like the idea that Goodbye Halo fumbled the bag when it came to Dancing Brave (King Halo’s sire) + the aftermath of the relationship.
In this case, it’s Sundance Blaze (Dancing Brave’s counterpart in Star Blossom). It’s hard to choose between Sundance Blaze and Rigantona from the game (what if it’s both, oh gosh).
King Halo never mentioned anything about a second parent involved in her life from what I’ve seen as a global player so far? So, I’m inclined to believe her mother was the only person who raised her.
In my original headcanon, Goodbye was divorced, but I’m changing it up to her being in a fleeting, relationship with Sundance Blaze. Things ended on bad terms between the two and by the time they had both gone their separate ways with no means of contact, Goodbye discovers that she’s pregnant with King Halo.
The pregnancy was completely unplanned. Goodbye never really thought about having a child of her own. It never really crossed her mind as she was too preoccupied with other things in life. For some reason or the other, she decides to go through with the pregnancy, vowing that she won’t mess up this kid like Halo messed her and Sunday Silence up (SPOILERS: she failed miserably 🥀🥀).
