still workshopping his backstory but i think he and his younger sibling fled a bad household which was unsupportive at best and somewhat abusive at worse? eventually settling down in the city visible in the background of bon voyage…but knowing what it’s like to not be understood, and not knowing what wonders the world holds, he eventually decides to travel the world :) ending up in subcon…and then ending up in a trap…and then ending up without a soul… but it’s ok the scary contracts end with marriage and adoption papers! Yay!
