Undergraduate lab sections: terrible. Horrible. Nothing works. TAs don’t give a fuck. The looming time limit is pressing and stressful but also the labs seem unbearably long.

Graduate “lab” sections: chill Italian professor sits around with u and 2 classmates and makes you Finnish coffee while explaining radar data processing

Took a 4 day trip to Death Valley for my Field Geology class. I learned a ton about volcanism, paleolakes, ventifacts, and more. The world is a beautiful place.
