My OMAD: I had two steaks and was able To finish 1.5 steaks and 1/2 the potatoes, 1/2 of one roll, two pecan tarts, my tea(brown liquid) and of course all my water (purple cup)

Eating less is a happy thing for me.

I’m finally learning to listed to my body when I’m full I’m FULL, leftovers are a thing!

YOU can't go anywhere in your life if you hang around people who are happy doing nothing with their lives. YOU can't hang with people with are going places and doing big things in their lives if you're comfortable where you are...you'll get left behind. Have a dream. Make the dream a reality. Those who have the passion & fire in their hearts like you do will be there when you succeed. Can't trust someone who talks mad sh** about people then goes right back to hanging out them.
