Just because the sun was down didn’t mean that Queen Sophie-Anne didn’t want to look stylish with sunglasses matching her outfit.  She felt like she missed what little life Twinrivers had because of her aversion to the sun.  So to say she was bored was a bit of an understatement.  Once she saw someone close to her, she immediately sauntered up to them.  “You look like a breath of fresh air in this god forsaken town.”

Edward nodded, not knowing how to really explain why he couldn’t go to a therapist.  It’s not like they made ones for immortals or supernatural species.  “That’s true, but my problems are...unique.  I know some people with them but it’s few and far between.”

"What if I were to tell you I could do magic?”  Felicity asked the other, she couldn’t put a finger on it but she felt she could trust the other with this fact.  Felicity’s magic seemed to get stronger around other magic users, she figured it had to do with the realms somehow.  So when she noticed her powers getting stronger around Luna it piqued her curiosity.

𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒚  𝒂𝒓𝒚𝒂  𝒔𝒍𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒔  .  .  .  onto  a  chair  across  from  the  girl.  “no,”  she  says.  “i  have  seen  it  just  once,  in  the  vessel  of  the  lord  of  light.  have  you  ever  heard  of  him?”  there’s  something  about  the  girl  that  feels  trustworthy,  so  arya  feels  comfortable  sharing.  “i  suppose  you’re  right.”  arya  has  her  own  reservations,  about  humans  &  their  intentions  —  none  of  which,  are  optimistic;  she  isn’t  so  interested  in  that  now,  though,  at  least  not  so  much  as  the  magic.

Josie’s brow knitted together at the mention of the god.  “No I can’t say I have heard of him.”  She was curious if he was a Malivore victim but didn’t know how to bring it up, because after all how would the other know about him if he was?  “What spell did they use?  Because I can do quite a bit of different ones.”  She said honestly.  Clearly she had a preference to some spells, but she liked to think she was well versed in possibilities.

WHY WAS LEIA’S HEART RUNNING WILD INSIDE HER CHEST ?? nothing could really answer that question when a woman was claiming to be her daughter was right in front of her. “SOLO, you say ??” thick brows pressed together, trying to think of the last name. “never heard of it ??” shrugging her shoulders, “could be a trick of the light or—- something we can explain ??” pausing to analyze this some more, not really sure how to make this less difficult for the other female. clearly, she was missing her mother, and being harsh about it wasn’t going to help. “name’s leia—- leia organa. pleasure to meet you, i do hope you will see your mother again !!” nodding her head, not moving away from her just yet. instead, orbs were inspecting every feature of jaina, hoping to find any similarities.  what struck her was both were similar in age, if she was not mistaken. 

Jaina’s heart soared a bit when she saw her mother really try to think if she heard the last name before.  But having her come up empty was like a punch in the gut.  “Yeah it’s not very much a popular name if you’re not where I’m from.”  Jaina’s voice full of disappointment.  “Maybe.  She’s a bit older but you look just like her when she was your age.”  Jaina didn’t know how else to explain it, of course her mother didn’t know her but she didn’t even know her father.  So it meant all her memories were gone.  “It’s a pleasure to meet you Leia.  That’s a beautiful name.  I really hope so too.  I miss her quite a lot if I’m going to be honest, especially in a place like here.”

derek seemed taken aback by exactly how pissed off this woman looked. and then he visibly gagged as the smell of what he didn’t yet identify as a vampire permeated his senses. it was enough to knock him back a step. he turned his head to catch a clean breath. it was only after a moment that he realized how rude he was being. voice changed as he started to breathe only through his mouth, he could just stare incredulously. “are you alright? sorry, do you smell that?”

Sophie-Anne rolled their eyes at the other man, she knew the smell wasn’t nearly as bad as his and the fact that he didn’t want to address that just annoyed the queen.  “All I smell is your horrible wet dog smell.  Honestly I’m glad you stepped back, it gives the smell a chance to go downwind.”  She sighed and shook her head.  “Honestly it’s like you have never seen a vampire before.”

    Jo had gone to the library to see if there were any books of posting about where she was and how it was she had gotten there. But when she walked in she stopped as she had seen someone there that she thought she would never see again. Her daughter Josie, her heart had stopped for a second and she slowly walked up to her and smiled as she tried to play it off “no need to pretend what happened Josette.”

As soon as she heard her mom’s voice, Josie was beyond thrilled.  She had only heard it once before, and not too long ago, but it was a voice that burned its way quickly into her memory.  “Mom!”  Josie was beyond thrilled to see her here, not even caring how it was possible.  “When did you get here?  And you remember me?”

Food was scarce here in Twinrivers.  There was no True Blood, something Queen Sophie Anne despised on principal, so she couldn’t have that even if she wanted to.  But besides that, the population was not as booming so Sophie Anne knew that if she were to drain someone, the town will talk unfortunately.  So her options were limited.  She decided to try to corner some poor townsfolk and try to do a hit and dash, maybe even compel them to not remember anything.  After finding the perfect person at the bar and shepherding them into the nearest alleyway, she was in the middle of compelling them when a noise from nearby caused her prey to run off scared.  Not feeling the energy to chase him down, she just sighed and faced the person who caused the noise.  “Do you have to be so loud?  Honestly it’s like you’re a bull in a china shop."

Queen Sophie Anne made a dramatic sigh and flicked her vampire fangs out, knowing full well she was among good company.  “You’re a vampire and I bet you’re hungry.  How long have you been like this darling?”  Fake sympathy oozing out of her, she wanted to seem like she was willing to help as much as possible.  And if Bill wasn’t around....well that just meant Jessica could be free to live her life as much as she wanted and Sophie Anne was here with open arms to support the other crimson’s impulses.  “I’m just a Louisiana girl seeing myself in you.  Did your maker even stick around to help?”

Jaina was sitting down in a park bench, seeing that it was a beautiful day outside.  When she noticed someone absolutely beautiful stop near her.  She looked so familiar and Jaina couldn’t place why.  The force wasn’t really any help at this point, only telling her that she needed to know this person.  As if every cell of her was calling out to the other.  Finally Jaina spoke up.  “I’m really sorry, I know this might sound odd but have we met before?”

Jaina was never really good at making friends.  It was hard being the daughter of celebrities and heroes, everyone expected so much out of her so her whole life was dedicated to her work.  Sure she made some friends along the way, but they were few and far between.  But here on Earth Jaina was determined to try her best at making friends when possible.  Seeing someone sitting next to her at Siren’s Bar she immediately tried to start a conversation, accepting it would be awkward from the get go.  “Theoretical question, please don’t look into it too much, but what would you do if your entire family forgot your existence?  Yet you know you exist and have had a successful life, including saving the galaxy not once but twice, to prove it.  But still you have a mysterious sibling showing up out of no where, who you both agree don’t know the other despite having your full memories, and your parents don’t recognize you from a hole in the ground.”

THERE WAS NOTHING MORE CONFUSING than talking to someone that he believed he was meant to now, someone that looked so very familiar and yet, ben couldn’t remember where he knew her from. she wasn’t familiar, that was for sure, she was more like.. someone he was meant to know but didn’t and.. he didn’t know what to make of that, for sure. he frowned, hand running through his hair for a moment, before his eyes fell on her once more.

“i am a solo. i went by kylo ren for a while, but.. that’s not me. not anymore. i was the supreme leader of the first order and.. i was away from them. for a little bit. but i am their son. why don’t you let the force tell you? i can sense it in you - as strong as that. ” he frowned. “who? there is no jaina solo. i have no siblings - i’m an only child. son of han solo and leia organa, grandson of darth vader himself. who are you?” he questioned, frowning a little bit, more confused.

Despite the stubborn nature she inherited from both of her parents screaming at her to stand her ground, Jaina used the force as she was told.  She could tell he was telling the truth, or at least that he believed in his own words.  “So you’re saying you are Han Solo’s and Leia Organa’s son.  Only son.”  She added, trying to wrap her mind around everything laid out in front of her.

“Yet I know for a fact that Han Solo and Leia Organa, I’m just going to take a wild guess and assume we’re talking about the same people - it’s a bit hard to not be talking about the same ones considering their legacy - had multiple kids.  A daughter, Jaina Solo - that’s me.  And two sons, Jacen and Anakin - after Leia’s father.  Who again, I’m assuming you’re going to say is your grandfather as well.”  She raised her eyebrows, waiting for any objection to the facts that they both agreed upon, she had her mother’s diplomacy after all.  “So how is this possible?”

Jaina’s face dropped as soon as she saw the other.  It was like looking in the mirror and immediately Jaina wanted to check if it was possible she was related to them.  After all, her family members didn’t seem to remember her, maybe there was a triplet among the Solo’s that Jaina didn’t know about.  But....the other had no traces of the force on her at all.  “You’re in Twinrivers.”  Jaina said quietly, having a hard time catching up with anything else she was saying.  “What’s the southside?”

Sitting in silence made evading Anakin’s past all the more difficult. Pain, heartache and rage swimming through his body; emotions that couldn’t escape him. Anakin’s hues indolently lifted, as he heard a voice speak. Immediately, the sith attached his glance to the female.  It was astonishing how much she reminded him of Padme. The thoughts of Padme brought fury to the surface. Anguish over her betrayal on Mustafar. The longer he was in the presence of the other, the more of a pull  Anakin felt towards her, very similar to the one shared with male-only days prior. “ A  motor car.” The words left the brim of his mouth fluidly “ It’s blown out. Quite simple to repair, even on this planet.”

The sith’s saddened hues remained on the other, uncertain of where to follow.  Anakin had never been very good with people. They were complicated but fixing things, that he understood. There was no betrayal lingering in repairing, it was always consistent. His movements stiffened. The former Jedi held a hesitant glance on the female, and with the force, calculated her thoughts and mind.”You’re a Jedi” His tone shifted to wariness and hatefulness. The Jedi took everything from him, he hated them and still wanted them destroyed, and would do that through his empire. 

Anakin had fought many battles with warriors who believed light and dark should be aligned as one, but that had never been the Jedi way. In fact, it was frowned upon, although he knew he always had been more dark than light. Anger had spewed in him since he hit his adolescent years. It raced through his veins like blood. A laden exhale of air swam from his throat. His thoughts of the past and emotions still consuming him.

Jaina had heard about cars, they were everywhere on this planet and she thought it was interesting.  Not like the machines she was used to working on, but similar enough to spark her interest in tinkering around with them.  Though his comment about simple on this planet was enough to bring her attention to him instead of the car.  “You’re not from this planet?”  She asked hopeful.

The more she studied him the more he looked familiar.  The force was strong with him, that was clear enough to her but she was drawn to him beyond that.  She spent a beat to let it sink in why he seemed so familiar, and then it hit her.  “Yes, I am.  And you’re Anakin aren’t you?”  She said with a tilt of her head.  She could see the similarities now, of course she could, it was all so clear.  “My name is Jaina.  Jaina Solo.”

She know that he wouldn’t know her, seeing they had never met but she was always curious about her grandfather.  And here he was in front of her, seemingly not anywhere close to what his legacy held about him.  She noticed his wariness once he detected her force sensitivity.  “The jedis have changed since you were last one.  Not a whole lot, I’ll admit.  But I’m different than a lot of them.  At least that’s what people have said.”

Josie was shocked at this whirlwind in front of her and she tried not to blush as she helped the other button her dress back up.  “Of course!  You look really pretty in this by the way.”  She wanted to kick herself for saying something so ridiculous and she was just thankful the other couldn’t see her face just yet because it was redder than a tomato.

Mike couldn’t help but grin as soon as Richie remembered him.  “I’m still the sexiest librarian, thank you very much.  Unless you want to give that title to sweet Mrs. Moore here.”  He laughed, happy to have one of his best friends here again.  “I missed you so much man.  How are you doing?”

                    silently pleading to any higher power there was left in the world, his nose crinkled as he turned to face the woman. as if he was some kind of freak magnet — like he had ‘ TALK TO ME ’ tattooed on his forehead. “ i mean..  ”ross began slowly, trying to get a read on her. “ it’s definitely no manhattan, but i guess it has it’s perks. as for your microwave situation — if it’s anything less than eight hundred watts.. now THAT would be the real travesty here. you might as well toss it out the window. ” raising his beer toward the redhead, the man offered a complacent grin.

Sophie Anne’s mood completely changed as soon as Manhattan was mentioned.  “Oh New York!  I haven’t been there in years, not since I found this delightful speakeasy.  Sure the alcohol wasn’t as interesting to me as most of the other patrons, but the energy! Oh the energy was out of control.  I think it sadly got turned into a liquor store eventually, which is quite humorous if you think about it.”  She was absolutely done with her previous grievances, happy to jump to her new impulse she wanted to explore.
