Just sat here thinking ‘it would be really funny if Thorkell was near or far-sighted or something’ and then abruptly stopped myself when I remembered that he is BLIND IN ONE EYE.

This man probably has terrible depth perception.

Like:

I just thought about this moment again, and now I’m laughing because… That’s a spear. Technically it’s two spears. And he just threw it?? In some random direction???

Imagine if that had went horrible. He throws it, dusts his hands off thinking “good riddance to that” and then just hears a bloodcurdling scream because it hit and killed someone, and he just… stands there, realizing what he just did.
