and i'm not some forensic scientist, but if nagito really was going to kill someone, the blood of on him would be pretty damn obvious and especially the person's scream and their dead body plus the knife and blood on nagito

 unlike teruteru who could practically dispose of the blood that was on him, nagito wouldn't have time to get the blood off.
