pears and apples are A M A Z I N G
they are tasty (perfect for when you crave something sweet) , rich in fiber which is good for your body and digestion (bye laxatives) they are good for weight loss and they have very few calories (do i have to add smth else?)
they are the supreme safe food and ofc they deserved their own post.
