San Antonio Fuck Fest Tonight
Sunday night are usually very busy, so let’s also make tonight a very busy party, especially since it is the last Sunday party for the next couple of weeks! Based on so many of you asking, we will start at 6 pm tonight, so cum early and stay a while and let’s have some awesome male on male adult fun!
Today’s party starts at 6 pm until midnight and I want to remind everyone that I will be taking a (forced) break for a couple weeks while I have the entire downstairs re-floored. The party on the 18th will be the last for a couple weeks as I have the carpet downstairs removed and replaced with brand new tile. I will keep everyone informed as work progresses and I know the date when I can continue the parties. But for now it look likes it will only be about 2 weeks and we will start again near the beginning of June! So please come tonight and for the next couple weeks and then in June I will have a “New Floor” Party just in time for summer!
P.S. If all goes well and based on input, I will try to schedule a party for a Saturday in the middle of the installation. Since the upstairs will not be affected, we can still play there. I will let you know as soon as I am sure!

You are invited to attend our famous All Men Play Party / Fuck Fest! Over the course of the party dozens of guys show up to fuck & suck and do whatever else like-minded men do with each other! This party is open to all - we welcome all shapes & sizes from twinks to bears & everyone in between, no race issues and cut or uncut are all welcome!!! This is at our home in a normal subdivision, so it will be a discreet, safe, private setting (with lots of rooms set up for adult fun). Just show up on the dates and times and ring doorbell - no need to ask first!!!
You will be under no pressure. Tops, bottoms, vers, shy, Alpha and watchers are all welcome. Straight, bi, married, gay or just curious doesn’t matter. Participate to your comfort level (or get comfortable and then go beyond if you want). Showers available, lube, condoms and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages provided. There are two bathrooms with showers and plenty of towels, body wash, etc, and one half bath for actually using the bathroom! All of the couches and beds will be covered in freshly cleaned sheets for your comfort. There will also be a clothes check location so your belongings will be secure while you have fun.
There will be plenty of cold, bottled water, soda and beer available. In addition, there will be condoms, lube, cleansing wipes, mouthwash and hand sanitizer throughout the house for those that want it. Also, there will be plenty of towels available for those that want to shower or those that want to wear them while here. If you have a specific request, or think I may have forgotten to mention something, please let me know. (Also, since a few of you asked for this, just let us know you need a “personal cleaner.” We will have a few available discreetly for repurchase so you don’t need to bring one with you!)
To offset the cost of providing this venue, a small donation of only $10 pp will be collected at the door. This includes everything mentioned above, including the beverages, the cost of the towels (and cleaning all of them) and also serves to ensure that only that those wanting a fun, safe and discreet good time attend. If you like to drink more than a couple, please provide a larger donation to help reimburse the cost so we can continue to provide this venue! Even a few bucks helps!

It is a residential street and though parking may seem abundant, it can get tight, so please part on Stanton Dr (it is beside Galm Elementary and there are no houses on that street) and walk the 7 houses to my house!
