For the recipe and method, Look below 1 large mango½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt1 teaspoon honey1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon2 tablespoons low-fat no-fruit granola Slice off the sides of the mango, avoiding the large seed in the middle. Cut a checkerboard pattern in the mango flesh, stopping just short of the skin. Scoop out diced mango and place in a bowl. Reserve mango shells. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, honey and cinnamon. Stir in the diced mango. Spoon equal parts into each shell. Sprinkle with granola. Makes 1 serving. Is sooo goood:))) INGREDIENTS (the mousse) 8.8 ounces strawberries 6 2/3 tablespoon water 0.4 ounces flavorless red gelatin 2 egg whites 16 tablespoons sugar 1/2 cup cream INSTRUCTIONS - bland the strawberries with water in a processor. Sift to remove the seeds. - Prepare the gelatin according to package instructions, add, then mix. - whisk cream mid soft picks, Add in the berries mix and fold in to the cream - Beat the egg whites with the sugar. - Add the egg whites to the strawberry mixture (folding in as well) - Cool until firm. - When it's firm, garnish with fresh strawberries.
