Update

Just wanted to update you guys, since it’s been over half a year since I really did anything with this AU. It’s not dead, per se, I’ve been heavily distracted working on other things with it. Some friends and I got to working on a “side story” to the AU, which will unfortunately never be seen, but I’ve been working on the AU on and off when I can. I may post a few things outside of the main AU for fun out-of-context things (may end up on my main account @inkhyaena), but as for the main part of it, I want to get some substantial things done with it so I can properly get the AU going. I’d hate to start, then lose motivation as I’m working on it. In the meantime, I’m more than happy to take questions about the AU and will answer what I can!

Lanky is the reason I haven’t been able to answer any asks about Inky :) Inky, in this AU, does not exist. Instead, this Ink Demon is far, far worse. His design has been in the works for a couple months, I just haven’t had the time to properly work him out due to work. The AU is getting completely redone with an actual story and new personalities!

For the most part, Smol’s ref sheet still holds up, his interactions will just be with Lanky, not Inky. It may be redone in time to reflect this AU properly.
