4 months since I broke my leg (and also stopped smoking)
I am pleased with my progress but also it feels like things are taking so so long. I had a teammate mention that someone who broke their leg a little before mine is already skating and doing contact… that made me feel kinda shitty but there’s no way I’m getting back on skates before I am 100% confident and ready. I would far rather take my time and not risk any sort of re injury.
Ankle recovery is going okay- I’ve finally been able to get a proper gym routine going and slowly adding in my leg days in between physio sessions

Moved back to my house yesterday and I have a haircut booked in a few weeks! Aaaalso my d3rby teamies said that I look like I’ve gained loads of muscle in my upper body, I AM HAPPY!
