It’s very strange to look at things I used to say or do or ways I used to feel. It is me but also it isn’t.

I don’t always feel great and I’m always going to be a work in progress of course, as we all are. But looking back on my past, I feel proud of my progress. I am twice the person I used to be. I hope I can say the same in a few years of the person I am now.
