Scottish water.

You can stop at the ice cream van and pay the best part of £2 for a bottle of water, or you can carry a bottle with you and top it up for free at this top up tap.

These taps are cropping up all over Scotland, this was the first in a park, back in 2019, they are also in another 38 locations so far, as far north as Lerwick on Shetland, west as Stornoway on the Outer Hebrides and as far south as Dumfries.

Depending on the length of the walk I am going on, I always have a bottle of water, and on long walks a flask with coffee. Oh and of course you do know that Scottish Water is the best in the world.
