a wicked thing
The heart is a wicked thing, causing known fatalities- more than how much anyone can bear. We know it could kill, but we still go there.
While being blissfully unaware is not a sin, the longing heart, it can kill .
No matter how rough the sea, will you allow yourself to drown in to the nectar of the voice of the sirens, that live in the sea?

Musings of a covetous mind:
I do not bare open my soul except to few but, isn't that the case with all of us here? And when I do open the doors of my soul for you to enter, I expect you to enter with strength and to be brave. Be brave because you might fear what you see and before you see the best, you will possibly encounter the worst of me. I expect you to embrace me completely. The parts that are lovable and the parts that are not. The wounds that have left me hurt. The ugly scars on my mind. The damaged parts of my heart. Let me be.
And I also promise you- I will accept and love you for all that you are- dark and light. And also for all that you wished you were but could not be.
Because I know and over time I have learnt- like life, people evolve over time and are perfect in their imperfections.

Weaker
As every moment pass, you stay blissfully unaware, as my heart moves an inch towards to you. Just a little bit. An inch closer. And I become towards you a little weaker as my love goes, stronger.

A chaotic little story of love.
She was quite a chaos- when he met her. And he was a mess- to her, a very attractive mess. And yet she was head over heels in love with him. And he thought she was so fragile and so easy to break. Little did he know..her fragility came from the battles of her past, the scars endured, all the blood and tears that she had shed. And yet here she was so in love with him- vulnerable and pure. Love that was soft as the feathers that touched and strong enough to bend but to never break. And here he was madly in love with her..yet not quite sure. His love was unlike hers because it demanded no display. Strong and soft but a viewer could be sure it was there. And so they would say, he was always there- ready to protect her just in case.
But then, both of them were scattered you see. Like two points so close yet..who might never meet.
P.S. Mathematically, two parallel lines DO NOT have a point of congruence..not matter their similarities.
And that is- a chaotic little story of messy love.

He: What is it that you lost my dear?
She: Your ability to be so still and control your fear.
He: There is a way I learnt it you know?
She: And how was it may I ask you, please?
He: I allowed myself to immerse in my fear, and come out, proving, it was only in my mind my dear.

Damaged
Its true that sometimes, all we want is to be damaged.... Damaged by love. By the chaos it puts us in. -n.s.

The frown.
The subject, hands on his cheeks and eyes, fixed on the screen. Well, he frowned. Suppressing expressions everytime I peeped. He, on the indolent afternoon - looking at the screen, hands on the cheeks, slowly dozing to a litlle sleep. But, knowing and aware- of the presence of my peep.

I wonder what would have happened, if the other day while casually talking, I would have told him- I had feelings for him. I wonder if he would have said yes or no? Certainly, the answer to which my heart, my mind and my soul, does not know.

Someone close to me told me he is broken. I wondered how could he be? Why? You may ask.Like every one he has wounds from his battles. Yet unlike a lot of people, he allowed his wounds to make him better instead of bitter. He chose to do by what is right, and stand alone if need be. And just like the withered tree after winter, come spring, he chose to slowly rise, alone, in the midst of what could have been and what can be. PS. This sketch is on a small tissue paper done with a black pen.
