You’ll notice she said sweet FA over Sydney Sweeney promoting her new role in Eden, which is directly contravening SAG strike rules…unlike a fucking Halloween costume.

A lot of Hollywood went FU to SAG over Halloween BS because a lot of people are fed up with Fran and Duncan. They won’t dare fine the people who did because they already know they are on VERY thin ice with the membership. You don’t get called on the carpet by George looney and Emma Stone to account for a breakdown in negotiations when the union is happy with their reps.

The blood isn’t on the Israelis’ hands; it’s on Hamas and Hezbollah because they caused this. They chose to attack, rape, murder, and abduct people. Nobody held a gun to their heads and made them do this. Bluntly: would Israeli be razing terrorist staging areas to the ground if they hadn’t been used to attack? The EU immediately ending all funding to Gaza, the US deploying the Ford carrier group, the Qataris trying to get Hamas to release hostages and knock it off? i’d also like to point out that people have overthrown their oppressors without rape & desecration. rape & desecration are not a requirement for liberation. (it’s also clear that some people don’t imagine that liberation also includes women.)

the genuine JOY over rape & murder that some folks have, the sheer glee with which they justify sexual violence as a legitimate political tool… and then to have the unbelievable gall to say that this is simply what liberation entails.

Whoever is advising Sophie Turner is not on “her side”. They seem to think “public opinion” is a court. It isn’t. People are stupid and easily led.

Regarding the gossips? The fact they are all now saying various versions of “wah misogyny discrimination” means they know WHY this happened and know it’s going to swing the narrative hard away from her. I don’t often wade into the bullshit surrounding Taylor Swift but:

1) Sophie Turner is making major issues for herself by trying to claim she wants to take kids “home” to England when they were born and raised in US and have spent virtually no time in England. This is doubly true when there is Florida order barring removal.

2) You don’t find out about divorces from the media if there is a custodial court order. Moreover, there will be an email trail along with a documentation process through tax filings. Additionally, trying to file in NYC where you are not a resident based on oh-look-Miami-real-estate is stupid because the NY courts will nail your arse for that. There is way in hell the US courts will allow her to take those kids to England. Her lawyers know this and they are trying to do this to counteract whatever is coming down the pipeline with a tactic they know isn’t going anywhere. However, all that effort to shift the narrative?

3) Going out boozing with Taylor Swift when you are going into a custody fight when she is also the passive vindictive ex of your estranged husband is bad optics. Furthermore, this isn’t misogyny. Something went down and the way the divorce filing etc happened tells this former muckraker that there is shit behind the scenes and Miss Sophie is not getting good advice because a Jonas bro is not going to wade into the shit otherwise, their brand is very specially curated.

Sophie. Girl. You in danger and Taylor is using you to piss off her ex because she acts like a high school cheerleader from Heathers. She holds grudges to the point John Mayer lawyered up a decade after because he got tired of the shit.

There is something beyond pathetic about a clothing company throwing a 80s prom party for someone. One, monetizing a party you’re inviting people to is rude and two, it is the most pick-me thing I’ve seen in my years on this planet and I covered The Simple Life with Paris Hilton.
