‘’Theon lies through his teeth..’’ Robb snickered, shaking his head. ‘’Of course he’d say that. But that last bit does ring true.’’ He chortled. ‘’Aye, that’s the one.’’ He nodded, pushing himself up from his bed. ‘’White rats are had to come by brother..’’ Robb pursed his lips as he lifted the fur throw from the bottom of his bed. ‘’You did play a ghost very convincingly.. ‘’
“Could cover a regular rat in flour,” Jon shrugged as he watched Robb move around. “D’you think she’d fall for it though? She is older than Sansa and Arya and even Arya wasn’t scared.” He said with a frown, rubbing his shin at the memory of just how hard his little sister had kicked him that day. “Father says a family will be arriving soon, from across the sea. Maybe they’ll have some ideas? I think he said...two sons and a daughter. Could be your future wiiiife,” he said the latter with a teasing tone, grinning over at his brother.

‘’Kalia is too boyish to be scared of spiders or ghosts’’ Robb grunted as he sat down on his bed. At Jon’s next suggestion, a laugh. ‘’A bit harsh dont you think?’’ He raised his eyebrow at Jon. ‘’What were those stories Old Nan used to tell us..’’ Robb clicked his fingers as he hummed softly. ‘’About the rat chef, the one from the Night’s Watch.’’ He looked to Jon.
“D’you think she is? Theon said she isn’t, said he’s seen proof, but she said she just smacked him.” Pushing himself to sit up, Jon leaned back against his hands. “The one who served a King a pie with his son’s own flesh in it? But we aren’t at the Nightfort. ...But we could tell her some men just arrived from there, remind her of the story then leave the biggest, white rat we can find in her bed.”
‘’I’d like to hear the mice that you do..’’ Robb nudged Jon with his elbow as he kicked his boots out of the way. Robb lifted his elbow to his brothers face, showing him the nasty graze he had gained. He pursed his lips and tugged his sleeve down to his wrist once more, wincing as the material stuck to the blood on his arm. He looked back to Jon, a grin on his lips. ‘’That’s more like it.’’ He snickered and sat himself down on his bed, tossing some pillow’s to Jon. ‘’I’m not sure. She’s not as easy to scare as Jeyne, or Sansa.’’
Catching the pillows thrown his way, Jon shifted his mattress with his foot before placing them down and sitting on the edge. “But everyone’s scared of something, even father must be.” Beginning to hum he laid back so that the pillows flattened his raven curls, dark eyes scanning the ceiling while in thought. “We could just shove her from the broken tower?” Jon looked to his brother again with a cheeky grin. “Whatever we do she’ll try and get us back. Unless she gets upset, but I’ve only seen Kalia get sad once. What if we lock her in the crypts, d’you think she’s scared of them?”
Night gathers and now my watch begins
Snow and Stark, spinning and slashing about the wards of Winterfell, shouting and laughing, sometimes crying when there was no one else to see. They were not little boys when they fought, but knights and mighty heroes.

Saera raised her hand and rubbed it across her eyelids, smearing the thenn’s blood across her face, she grimaced and rubbed her hand against her leathers before following Jon. She bounced Eddard in her arms before moving him to rest against her chest, his head on her shoulder. ‘’What happens now?’’ She asked. From the way Jon talked about Mance, she knew this wouldn’t be the end as much as he did, she quickened her step to catch up with him. ‘’Jon wait..’’ She whispered, glancing down the corridor behind them, she grasped his hand and pulled him to a stop, quickly pressing her lips against his swollen and bloody ones.
‘’Glad doesn’t begin to cover it..’’ She whispered, quickly running a finger through his hair as she glanced down the corridor again. ‘’I love you Snow.’’
Jon instantly frowned at the sight of red on her face, his head tilting to try and see it in a better light. “What happened to you?” he asked in an alarmed tone. “We’ll see what happens in the morning, don’t worry. But I’m not sure it’s over.” Knowing Saera Jon knew he wouldn’t want her to lie to him, he had no reason to after all, she could handle the truth. He wanted to continue on, to know they were tucked up safely as soon as possible, and so he frowned when he was stopped. The feeling of her lips against his stung, badly, yet he didn’t have the heart to stop her. Jon returned the kiss, or as much as he could when he couldn’t very well feel his own lips.
“I love you too,” he whispered as if speaking forbidden words; which they may as well been. “Come on, I haven’t felt this eager to see you in your room since King’s Landing.” The kiss had softened him a bit, though he wouldn’t admit that out loud. The air around them was silent and so he was the chance to wrap an arm securely around her waist, pressing a kiss against her head before trying to usher them forward again.
House Stark Meme ★ [1/7] Relationships - Robb Stark x Jon Snow Robb smiled. “The next time I see you, you’ll be all in black.” Jon forced himself to smile back. “It was always my color. How long do you think it will be?” “Soon enough,” Robb promised. He pulled Jon to him and embraced him fiercely.
Robb sat alone in his chambers at Winterfell. He rested on his bed, his legs hanging over the edge, nursing the scuffed elbow he gained when Kalia had tripped him. He caled upon his brother for support, asking him to sleep in his room whilst they formulated a plot to get back at her, like they used to do when they were much younger. He kicked off his books and cleared a space on the floor by the fire for Jon, shifting his table aside. He looked over to the door as he heard a scuffling, no doubt Jon was struggling with his mattress. He padded over to the door and swung it open, allowing Jon into his room. ‘’Did she see you?’’
@snowandacrow
When sword fighting Jon Snow was incredibly light on his feet, almost silent with each move he made against his opponent, but apparently not as he dragged his mattress through the hallways of Winterfell. Lord Eddard Stark wouldn’t mind, in fact he was always delighted to see his sons being so close, but Lady Stark never failed to send a glare his way for being so close to her only son. There was also Kalia Poole to watch out for, the eldest daughter of his father’s steward, not wanting her to know what they were up to. Once arriving at Robb’s door Jon was glad to see he wouldn’t have to handle the mattress with a single hand to knock as his brother appeared, before he dragged it inside and put it down quietly by the fire. “No, I was quiet as a mouse. Let’s see then,” the curly haired boy said as he moved close to examine Robb’s elbow, his nose slightly scrunching up at the sight of the wound. “What did you do to deserve that then? Or, more importantly, what do you wanna do about it?”
They walked, with Ghost pacing along beside Jon like a white shadow. “I leave on the morrow,” Tyrion said. “I know.” Jon sounded strangely sad. “I plan to stop at Winterfell on the way south. If there is any message that you would like me to deliver…” “Tell Robb that I’m going to command the Night’s Watch and keep him safe, so he might as well take up needlework with the girls and have Mikken melt down his sword for horseshoes.“

Saera tilted her head slightly as she watched Jon, understanding what had happened before he even had to say anything. She nodded, stroking her thumb over his swollen chin before looking back down to Eddard. She hummed softly, bouncing him in her arms, but her gaze was drawn to Jon.
‘’And this one too.’’ She nodded at him, moving her hand to rest on his forearm. ‘’I’ll help you get cleaned up..’’
Jon’s jaw tensed slightly when she touched it, something about the battle had left him still very much on edge and on his toes, as if waiting for another attack at any moment. It was hard to begin to describe how he was feeling after a night like that. Since leaving the lift he hadn’t seen Sam, Pyp, Edd or Grenn; the men he called his best friends and his brothers, possibly cut down due to his decision making. He felt quite numb, unwilling to believe anything had happened to any of them when the chance that something had was quite high. “I’m alright,” he nodded once. “But I’ll come with you, I want to see you both in safely. Come on,” with a gesture down the dim hallway, Jon turned slightly on his heels. One thing that caught Jon’s eye was the way Eddard was looking at him, as if he was familiar but yet a complete stranger. With the blood and dirt it was no wonder, he felt like a stranger to himself too.
“Fear is for the winter, when the snows fall a hundred feet deep; fear is for the Long Night, when the sun hides for years and children are born and live and die all in darkness. That is the time for fear, my little Lord.”

Saera held her arm tightly around Jon, her fingers crushing his curls beneath them. She leaned back a little, brushing her fingers over his bruised and bloody face. ‘’And you..’’ She stroked her thumb ovr his swollen cheek bone. ‘’I’m glad to see you’re all in one piece..’’ She pressed her head against his forehead, her hand remaining on his cheek, ‘’Just about anyway..’’ She whispered, looking over her shoulder to the store room.
‘’Slynt is in there.’’ She nodded backwards towards the room. ‘’He must have hidden when Grenn sent him to help on the ground.’’ She looked back to Jon. ‘’Have you heard from Grenn? I see that Sam’s alright.’’
Feeling her against his forehead he almost winced, replaying the sensation of his head being bounced off iron through his head, but he remained still for he wanted nothing more than to bask in the feeling of knowing she was safe; THEY were safe. “I’m fine,” he muttered quietly before he followed her gaze to the store room. “Bloody coward,” he shook his head, raising a hand as he gently brushed his fingers over Eddard’s dark curls. With the lack of light in the hall way the child appeared to be brunette for a change, giving him more a look of his mother while he usually looked like the image of Robb.
When Saera questioned where Grenn was Jon shook his head, swallowing a lump that formed in his throat before it could prevent his talking. “No, he never came back. Sam and I’ll go down to the tunnels in the morning. Until then this little wolf looks ready for bed,” he said with a very weakened smile, looking to Eddard as he began cuddling between the two of them, no doubt for warmth.
