Mid-century St. Francis of Assisi alabaster figurine with large birdbath and two smaller ones. The name “G. Ruggeri” is imprinted on the back of the statue; Gino Ruggeri was a popular Tuscan sculptor during the mid-century who created many pieces of religious and art (the masters) icons.
Metlox Pottery Company (Manhattan Beach, CA) ceramic horse with carriage from the "Poppytrail" line; circa: 1950s
Avon Products' Pretty Peach Cologne Mist decanter, circa 1964.
How much is the wood sew box
$20.00 / OBO + shipping costs
Two large ceramic bowls ... no idea as to age - probably 1980s. Nothing special, but in good shape and pretty.
Train case - great condition; no lock.
White wicker plant stand from the 1970s - excellent condition!
SOLD
Sewing patterns (many never used) from the 1970s-1980s.
Full skeins of vintage 1970s Aunt Lydia's Rug Yarn in four different colours.
UPDATE: Five different colours! Natural (905), quantity 7; beige (405), quantity 10; medium blue (710), quantity 3; tangerine (350), quantity 3; and grass green (615), quantity 6.
Yarn! Lots of it! Many full skeins; others are partial; and there's even some never-completed projects with yarn.
1950s Asian figurines. Anything Asian was apparently chic during the late 1950s-early 1960s (although at that time, the term "Oriental" was more prevalent). My mother was crazy for it and I found a lot of these kinds of decorative pieces while sorting through 'The Hoard' (much of it in great condition).
1960s orange metal footlocker-style trunk. It's in excellent condition (my mother only stored yarn in it). It has a removable shelf.
An interesting game table that folds, spins around, and contains a drawer.
