How do I do well in interviews while also being shy?

I hate how socially isolating my job is.

I literally spend all day trapped in a small, windowless office, with no one to talk too.

Don’t worry though, I’ve already handed in my resignation.

“I need my own house”

I can’t tolerate people who have to fill every silence.

Appreciate the quiet people.

Me: I should go out and talk to more people.
