NOTHING IN DUBAI IS ORDINARY Today the weather was windy and cloudy (but still quite warm) so we went for a day trip to ”Miracle Garden”. A big garden filled with flowers everywhere! It was beautiful! Miracle Garden, Dubai

LADURÉE IN DUBAI By the beach next to our Hotel there is a Ladurée café which is as close to heaven I will get. Went for afternoon tea with macaroons and a ”Saint Honore” pastry. Marie Antoinette would aprove! Laduree, The Beach Dubai
MEANWHILE IN DUBAI Finally!! We left a snowy and cold Stockholm for a warm Dubai! Feels great to be here!
LUNCH BY THE BEACH
For lunch we went to one of the many restaurants at the beach and ordered different small courses; Mac & Cheese, Truffle & Parmesan fries and Tandoori Chicken!
TO DO IN PARIS Go to museums, for example Le Louvre, Les Arts Decoratifs, Musee l’orangerie, Musee D’Orsay, Fondation Louis Vuitton or on of the many galeries in Le Marais. Be Marie Antoinette and eat lots of tasty pastries at Ladurée or Angelina. Or just buy some macaroons to-go while you stroll around in the city. Visit Ile Saint Louis, a small island between left bank and right bank. When it’s warm it’s the perfect place for a picnic by the Seine. Visit Palais Royal and take Parisian photos by the black and white columns. Afterwards go to Café Kitsune for one of my favourite chocolate chaud in Paris. And of course, watch the Eiffel tower from anywhere in the city. The most romantic thing is when it’s sparkling in the evening. LOVE!
TRUFFLE LUNCH
The plan for me and Saga was to find a cosy place to write/study but ended up at Hotel Diplomat instead for a truffle lunch!
Hotel Diplomat, Strandvägen 7C Stockholm
WHAT TO WEAR IN PARIS
Sofia is wearing: Pants from House of Dagmar / Top from Ganni / Belt from Gucci / Bag from Zadig & Voltaire / Jacket from Zara / Shoes from Christian Louboutin / Sunglasses from a little boutique in Paris. Saga is wearing:
Place Francois 1er, 75008 Paris.
PLACE VENDÔME
Got some christmas feelings at the beautiful place Vendôme decorated with christmas trees. Absolutely love the picture of Saga with the recently opened Louis Vuitton store in the background. Place Vendôme, 75001 Paris
FAVOURITE BRIDGE IN PARIS
Well there are a lot of beautiful bridges in Paris but this decorated one with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower has to be my favourite - Pont Alexandre III.
FRIDAY LUNCH AT KONG
Amazing restaurant in a dome of glass, great food and atmosphere. Even though it's a little bit more pricy it's totally worth a visit, would definitely recommend for lunch!
Kong, 1 Rue du Pont Neuf 75001 Paris
AVENUE MONTAIGNE
We made a stop at Avenue Montaigne once at night (to visit Manko Cabaret of course) and once during daylight. Sat on the little terrace at restaurant L'avenue sipping on drinks; Hemingway Daiquiri and Miss Saint Germain with the decorated Dior store across the street. Then we went upstairs to the bar and met up with some friends who lives in Paris!
L'avenue, 41 Avenue Montaigne 75008 Paris.
SUNDAY AT RALPH’S
For Sunday Brunch we went to Ralph Lauren's restaurant Ralph's with the cutest little courtyard. But we sat inside enjoying freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee and delicious pancakes with berries and cream. Exactly how a Sunday should be!
The best! Definitely worth a visit. And if you only order a coffee (aka a slightly overpriced cappuccino, like everywhere in Paris) you get caramelised popcorns on the side.
173 Boulevard Saint-Germain, 75006 Paris
