Also I wanted the crochet kit for Christmas. Only for it to be sold out. But then I noticed the crochet playlist so I went and bought the materials only to find out the colors were a bit off so I then used yarn finder website to buy the yarn closest to their official hex code. Only for Alan Becker to bring back the crochet kits to which I bought lol
Fun fact: I hate crochet but anything for my gremlins 💙

As for my husband, he's not a big fan himself, but he's quite happy to indulge me in it :) Honestly, most of the time a new episode drop will go: -I watch the new episode as it premiers -I go find him after -We watch it together -He lets me babble about it for however long afterwards ^^
Honestly, I just think he enjoys seeing me happy <3 Plus, he was the one to gift me the pins and the crochet kit for Christmas which was very sweet!

The hugs between the CG were so cute! From the minute Yellow threw himself at Green through to them hugging Orange through the bars just made my heart melt <333
And of course all of them were so adorable trying to get him out. From Yellow trying to figure out the door, to Blue talking to Orange through the bars, to Green keeping watch, to Red getting frustrated and kicking it, to Orange falling over when Red pulled out the colour picker XD God I love them sm!
Ha! Soggy wet cat is a great description for Chosen right now XD Let's be honest, he's definitely a poor little meow meow currently and in a desperate need of a win / power up (guess that's what happens when there's power creep in the story :P) Honestly, I would be very down to see him and Mitsi team up to take on Dark and Hacker respectively ^^
Man! That whole scene between Mitsi and Hacker made me sick to my stomach :( From the moment they hugged her and she didn't respond I feel so terrible. And then it just kept getting worse!!! Ough! The wreath and the sheep just hit me straight in the heart! ToT
Ooh yes! I did see Mitsi's stats, that was fun! I liked that she had a lot of intelligence and wisdom :) Matches with what we've seen of her in the story so far and I think it's an adorable similarity she shares with Vic <3

As for your other questions, yes I did watch the AVG reaction and Skim's boards :)
I was a bit sad we couldn't get DJ's physical reactions to the episode :/But what we got was still fun. And honestly, DJ's comedic interjections and Alan trying not to smile because he knows what's going to happen are always the best parts anyway :P
And Skim's boards were really interesting! I've watched a couple of behind the scenes videos from some of the people who worked on it now and I think they're all really neat! It's cool getting some insight into the thought process behind the action, as well as the sheer amount of work that goes into these things! I particularly found the direction notes, the little things that changed between then and the final product and how old the concept dates were, to be so fascinating myself :)

I personally enjoy crochet a lot. It's soothing to do with my hands and I was out of a good project to work on at the time I got the set so it was a win-win! :D And honestly, I didn't think I would be able to get a hold of the set because it wasn't being shipped to my country. But my partner was real sweet and got a PO box to transfer it as a surprise gift <333 It was really nice! :)
But yeah, I also found myself picking up more wool so that I could make Purple too! He's part of the colour gang now too after all :)

Hello! Sorry about the delay on answering this. I have been on holiday :)
Oho but no, I have not answered this question yet >:) And I know that because I might have been deliberately keeping it a secret. Partly because I like seeing who you all gravitate towards. And partly because I've wanted to come across as unbiased as possible when it comes to the colour gang
Cause the thing is, I love all of these funny little goobers so much more than the rest of the cast and I really want them all to have the chance to shine independent of each other <3 Which, don't get me wrong! Is not to say I don't like Chosen and Dark and Victim and King, etc. They're all still really cool and really interesting characters that I've been greatly enjoying writing and hearing you all gush about them :) But they just can't compete with my love for Orange, Green, Yellow, Blue, Red and Purple
Which is a roundabout way of saying that my favourite character is Blue :) Despite how close the race is (and how the list shifts depending on what I'm currently reading/writing), I have always had a soft spot for the silly stick since I started watching way back in AVM season 1
what’s your favorite thing about writing this? It’s all so well thought out with the world building and everything and I love it
Haa! Once more hitting me with the hard questions! XD Hmm... There are so many things I could answer with. The action, the humour, all the world building I've gotten to create for this world or the side characters I've be able to flesh out
But I think, in the end, it has to be the main characters and their relationships with each other. I love getting to explore all the nooks and crannies of their personalities. How they play off of each other and bring out sides you don't get to see often. How they irritate each other. How they're there for them in moments of hurt. How they make each other better and worse people. And, above all, just how much they care about one another!
It's honestly the same thing that drew me into AVA in the first place and what got me started writing this series :) Because I just adore all these goofy, brave, caring, silly characters so much! <3

Ahah, I both do and don't actually ^^
In that, I did draw a reference for King way back around the time I did Chosen, Dark and the Animator that has been sitting in the background waiting for his reveal. But then, I wasn't happy with his design and was inspired to redo it. And that art isn't finished yet sadly. But I am excited to share it once it is done! :)
Answering these together since they're pretty similar
I have seen the new episode! :D And I enjoyed it a lot! Personally, I loved getting to see some more of Purple and King bonding together, as well as King's character progression after being an antagonist in AVM Season 3. I liked the way the episode took the time showcasing how the trauma of Gold's death is still affecting him and how that was making him overprotective of Purple now. As well as Purple's annoyed push back against the coddling. Both felt very natural for the two and made for a sympathetic teething problem in their new dynamic. So I also like that they both had to learn and grow by the end of the episode <3 The fight scenes were also as awesome as always! And I think the Aether realm was a pretty neat setting :)
2. Sleep for a thousand years XP Haha, okay but seriously, I have no idea what I'm going to do when I catch up. I have thought about it from time to time before, but honestly, I still have so much left to adapt in front of me that I have no idea where my life will be by that point. Maybe I'll slow down my update rate as we get closer to give myself more of a buffer. Maybe I'll stop and wait. Or maybe I'll completely diverge from canon and come up with my own endings. I might focus on writing for another fandom, or on different AUs (like that one AVA crossed with Code Lyoko idea I've had on the back-burner of my brain for a while), or write some short stories in the ATCOTW or canon worlds. Or maybe I'll do some more art - since those two do tend to co-opt the same hobby slot in my life a lot of the time But whatever it may be, if I do manage to get to that point, I doubt that's the last AVA stuff you'll see from me ^^
what are your plans (if you can answer without spoiling too much lol) for both the King Orange and Victim eps? from what I’m seeing with your timeline they’re both coming up pretty fast and I’m curious how you’re gonna work with that with where you put the Dark and Chosen and Animator episode (which I do love! Your story’s one of my favorites I’m just curious lol)
Ooh! Hard question to answer without spoilers but I'll do my best!
Let's start with King Orange. Since I'm currently adapting AVM Season 3 this is an easier one to tackle. And it's honestly been fairly straight forward so far. There's really not that much heavy-lifting I've had to do to fit it neatly into the world/timeline. Sure AVA Season 2 happened before it, but since so much of the action occurs in the Nether/other realms, there's not a lot that I actually have to bring forward from that last arc. The Animator is living with them now, but with his limitations on mobility, he's only really going to be relevant in the beginning and aftermath stuff. Which means the only part I'm really taking into the adventures themselves is the lingering trauma the CG have
And don't get me wrong! They will be dealing with that trauma along the way. Like can be seen with Blue and his emotional journey currently, I will be spending time focusing on all of the kids and how the aftermath of AVAS2 has been impacting them. But on the whole, I've had a lot of freedom to focus most of my attention on things like fleshing out the background characters and the realms they visit, giving the characters some down time, as well as on developing the main characters further.
Speaking of which, let's talk a bit about King Orange. Since King hasn't shown up in the story yet, I won't say too much about him quite yet. But I can say that he too, will not be exempt from the character introspection this arc. Since his character motivations aren't really that big of a surprise this time around, I don't have to worry about the mystery aspect with him so much. Which means that I can instead spend the time digging into his character and his relationship with Purple before his redemption. Getting the time to highlight how the person we know him to become after this season (a grumpy father figure with trauma about losing his child) are still there. Just buried under a thick layer of grief and anger and many, many poor choices
As for Victim and AVAS3. Well, that's a little harder to talk about. Mostly because it might still be further away than you think it is - like, at least 3 stories after the current arc to get through first kinda far. There are just other things that need to happen before then. Between resolving character tensions, seeding in more hints, giving the Animator time to get more involved with all the kids and giving Chosen an extended time without Dark being there (as well as giving the OG story time to come out), it's probably going to be sitting there building in the background for a little while first
But let's see what hints I can give you! Currently Victim and Rocket Corp do exist in the Modem Realm (so look out to more hints of that coming at some point). And yes, they are connected to the Animator in some way. Dark will be showing up again. And both Chosen and the Animator will be forced to face the consequences of their actions. But that's probably all I can give you at this time :)

If you could pick a window pane colour for a room in your place, what colour would it be?
Ooh, good question! Hmm, I think warmer colours would look the nicest through a window pane but we already get yellow light in morning/evenings. So I think I would go with like a rose pink to really add a nice cozy glow :)
Other fun options though would be green, to give a room a fun forest-y feel or blue if I wanted more of an underwater/beach theme going
