🧸 clean up time ──୨ৎ── if you played with toys and left a bit of a mess or just left some lying around, you best pick them up! they need to get to their bed as well for the night༅
you can play a song while you do it, turn it into a game, etc!

🌙 winding down ──୨ৎ── wind down with a warm bath or shower!༅
make a bubble bath or use a body wash with a soft scent like strawberry or lavender
bring a bath toy or let your favorite stuffie watch over you from the sink!

🧸 get cozy ──୨ৎ── dry off first ofc and then put on some jammies!༅
maybe its a pajama set, a cozy onesie, or your favorite oversized shirt or hoodie, just wear whatever you're comfy in!
use baby lotion or a gentle moisturizer too if you want to!

🌙 snack & soothe ──୨ৎ── if you are a bit hungry, its okay to have a tiny night snack!༅
this can be warm milk, some yogurt, crackers, etc!

🧸 self care! ──୨ৎ── brush your teeth n hair, do skincare if you do that, and use the bathroom!༅
if you dont have one already you can get a toothbrush with a fun color or character on it! you can also use kid's toothpaste!
if you struggle to brush your teeth you can try to sing a song in your head, put on a 2-minute timer, or put a video on! some people also just use their fingers, whatever helps you <3
if you struggle to get motivation to brush your hair, maybe when youre done you can even brush your stuffed animals hair too as some motivation!

no physical reward chart? you can look up cute ones and print them out, or just use online ones!

if you dont feel cozy try making a small nest!!

try counting sheep, breathing slowly, listening to the cartoon that plays as faint background noise, or imagining a cute scenario to fall asleep to! goodnight lovely! <3
