imo the neverseen is way better than the black swan. They saw flaws. So, so many flaws. Only they took action, ofc with the wrong actions but with the right intentions. And theyre way ahead of the game than the black swan ever is, since im pretty sure their organisation and plans are going way further, bigger and more long-sighted than the black swan. what if their end goal isnt just taking over the council? Surely theres a way bigger ultimate goal. Tbh at this point im not sure if the black swan can actually defeat them? ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ
