Could have been infected. Just might not have been one of the unlucky to get back up. So we could be looking for a corpse in some small corner, or a zombie who locked themselves in a room before they bit it.

Or he was sick and ran off because he knew this would happen.

I wonder if we could find him before anyone else did. I know I'm a soldier and this is supposed to be my cup of tea, but a man hunt doesn't particularly throw me into a fit of excitement. I'm even less happy about the idea of someone turning him from a possible threat to a full blown bio hazard, though.

Yeah, I’ve seen you around a few times, I guess we’ve just never talked. I can’t ever keep up with who has what job, either. I’m Melanie. But uh— yeah, I’m fine. Just strange that we haven’t found him yet, that’s all. Even if he was infected, he would’ve stumbled out by this point if he’d turned, right? Looking for um… you know.

Just don't piss off the peace keepers and you'll be straight. We will soon, I'm sure. We've got a lot of area, hundreds of places to hide, but he'll be found soon enough. I'm not sure if he would have. I would assume he'd have gotten hungry by this evening.

Unfortunately, humans when scared are as unpredictable as zombies, well, whenever. It's going to be hard to know anything until we find him.

I have to agree. I mean I think we should find him first, but I’m also going to be talking the Bradshaw about getting everyone checked out, should he be infected if or when we find him.

You know, unfortunately I don't really doubt that he's infected. I hope he isn't, but he's still a man, or at least was, and he has the basic right to be seen and looked after, not just shot down in the streets. The virus is spread through blood, for the love of God. Who do they think they're protecting by spilling it in public domain?
