A bit more of the family tree here. Liridel Swiftdawn is the mother who passed giving before to Dominic. The art is cleaned up version of a previous piece I did of him in this format. And then, of course, we have @nyyght's Ruehyllia Duskgazer who is Dominic's daughter. He partied a little too hard back in the day and had a child he was unaware of for the longest time.
I redrew @nyyght's Arrydhalia as a child, and my OC @solexstras when he was 12 years old. I bet Arrydhalia was happy to see her best friend Alphus at school. Meanwhile, Sol was wishing in the earlier years that he was very much away from his parents in a safer space.

Once, a powerful warlock conjoined at the soul with Fel'thamar Za'roth, he began to study ways of using dark magics and other means to help those in the medical field that simply cannot be assisted by certain magical sensitivities. A healer of the body, mind, and soul, there's no job this fellow scientist won't investigate in the possession of knowledge to help others! His enthusiasm seemed to rise above the long, bittersweet centuries standing between them. Ones she had not lived, but a weight left upon the world—waste and wonder quietly calling from pages, from history turned with reverent hands.

Sexual / Sinful Sunday 💞 : Confess! What was his last/current partner like? Was sex easy or hard to approach in that relationship?
The Doctor took note of the way the question was asked. His lips pursed and at this time, there wasn't anyone at this time that he can officially confirm as his partner. Due to this fact, his eyes slowly drifted to the side, revealing a form of regret that oozed out of him. His last relationship, one that he was glad to be away from. But the scars she left on his heart would always be a reminder of a lesson learned. You cannot fix everything or everyone. They have to sometimes fix themselves.
" My previous relationship was one that originally had been an agreement between us. As I understood, we were to be polyamorous. " The word, fell from his mouth with disdain. Not because he hated the word, but because he felt that the events that transpired were a mockery of it. " I was not the one to propose this, it was my partner. But I agreed to the terms and the rules she had set into play. I saw a darkness in her that I felt like I could help cure. This was some time before my banishment from Silvermoon for void practice. " Solexstras took a deep breath, sucking the air into his lungs and released it carefully. " Sex wasn't difficult to approach. We both mingled and became intimate as any couple would. But there was always a disconnection I felt in it. It often felt one-sided and anything I asked for that would bring us closer was rejected. She was like a six-shot pistol with a single bullet. You never know when something was going to go off in your face because of another's actions. It was unstable. Reckless. Because imagination yourself in an open relationship where you don't know who she's seeing but you are expected to trust these strangers that you aren't allowed to see. And to add to it... " He brought a gloved hand to pinch the bridge of his nose, a tension seeming to build in his head from the hypocrisy. "... If she found out I was seeing someone else, then there goes another argument. " He huffed a breath and ultimately, he brought himself to smile gently. After all, that was the past and time had passed since. She was gone. And she wasn't likely going to come back to visit him. Especially since he was no longer a true citizen of Silvermoon City. "... I am sorry, I'm sure you were hoping for something far delightful and possibly raunchy. I just feel that sharing my story is something important for anyone. I am not condemning those that practice polyamory. I am still open to the idea of it. But I refuse to accept the belief keeping secrets while feeling like you have zero control or genuine love inside of its core. Otherwise, you may as well have just been seeing each other in a hotel or brothel. But that's just my opinion. " He placed his hand on his chest and nodded knowingly. " Remember. Always make sure your lover is aligned with your beliefs mutually. Never force them into something out of acceptance. Cherish them for who they are and uplift them, even if your passion has a pinch of sadism and submission within it. "

Does Solexstras have any pets or companions besides those that walk with the Void?
" Unfortunately, I do not, sadly. And I am not so sure that would be a good idea given the history of my companions that have with the Void. " He admitted, finding it a bit of a double-edged sword. He offered a small smile but shrugged his shoulders. " I don't believe I am in the need of extras. Maybe in the future, though. "

Has Sol ever found that the shadows rebelled against him? Or did not flow from him as easily?
The Doctor was blessed with a question about the shadows he commanded. It was something that he had speculated, theorized, and never quite understood. For you see, he wasn't sure why but when Fel'thamar and him separated, so too did the fire he once commanded alongside him. A phenomenon that he simply speculated was due to Fel'thamar latching onto that magic with a grip of hot iron.
Inquisitively, his eyes looked to you and not long after, halved in consideration. Did they ever really fight him? "... Not really. In a time where I felt despair like no other. Loneliness fixated on assisting with the needs of others. It felt as though I was always meant for their embrace. And believe me, I was superstitious of the thought too. Shadows. The Void. It is similar to the Fel in a sense. There is a bit of give and take there, but the same can be said about all magic. " He folded his arms over his lap and continued to calculate what it was that drove the shadows to participate in his endeavors. " There were baby steps I had to take, obviously. As I did not wish to risk corruption, especially when Silvermoon laws were putting shadow casters in a chokehold towards the end of the Legion war. " He rolled his eyes, shaking his head about the hypocrisy of it all to this day. " But it was just before the events of Alleria Windrunner coining the Ren'dorei that I fully embraced the shadow like I would a family member. They filled a blank space that had been torn asunder. In a way... they mended my wounds on the inside as I would for anyone. "

What is a song that you associate with Solexstras?
When I was going through music, I realized that I typically listen to upbeat musical tastes. So, I had to trace back to some old things I listened to. Sol as a separate individual may hold that pillar of professionalism and selflessness, but that does not come without struggles. And his are often internal. For in a time not so long ago, he viewed some of his actions, even those not of his own, to be unforgiving and views it as falling of sorts. He struggles to find himself and what makes him feel happy outside of helping and healing people.
He's an old, weary soul, after all. And for him, darkness is not always about what's down and deep.

Is there a catchphrase or sound that they tend to make a lot (likely without being aware of it)?
There is definitely a lot of unconditional humming in thought. He sometimes realizes it, but most of the time, he doesn't. And he thinks quite a bit about many different topics. Such a whirling mind humming with promise.
