On February 19, Bruce Goldthwaite, the Simulation Coordinator for the NH Department of Safety, Divisionof Fire Standards and Training and EMS, brought his rig up to SOLO so our Advanced EMT students could run through some very realistic scenarios. It was a great experience!

After 12 years as registrar and Jane of all trades, Loretta is retiring from SOLO. She will be moving to Vermont and enjoying some rest and relaxation. Anya will be taking over for Loretta. Anya has been helping out around here for a number of years and has been full-time for a few months, learning the ropes while having Loretta as a resource to help her through any questions or problems. As of January 10th, Loretta will be leaving and Anya will be firmly settled into her new position. Anya can be reached at [email protected].

 Loretta will be sorely missed, having been an important cog in this machine for so many years. We all wish her lots of happiness in this next chapter!
